"This place is amazing! The apartment is beautiful, fully equipped, and just 2 minutes to the most beautiful beach! Ocean view. Pristine white, sandy beach, and crystal clear waters. We were able to walk over a mile without seeing anyone else to the western tip of the island which is a nature preserve. "Artists Studio is exactly as promised - beautiful view, 2 pools plus a hot tub, 8 minute walk from the door to ‘toes in the sand’. A car is necessary - but easy driving to restaurants, grace bay, different beaches, the golf course, etc. Unit had everything you need, cooling was great and the view is as shown - great for morning coffee/breakfast. If this place is available, book it."

"We are kiters so it is a fantastic location. Right on the Beach. The only AC is in the bedroom which worked great for sleeping but this means the rest of the house has no AC so keep the windows open. The screens need fixing and not all the windows will open because they are old and broken. Everything else worked in the house. Good water pressure in the shower too. If you are fine with the humidity and breeze you will be ok. I think the sofa is a pull out but I wouldn't make anyone sleep on it...

"The entire property is beautiful and so well maintained. The pool was lovely. The beach is to die for and we pretty much had it to ourselves. The crystal clear aqua water is heavenly to swim in. The Villa itself was roomy and had nice outdoor areas to sit to eat. The staff are all friendly and clean daily! Minor details FYI;There is only one pool and two are advertised in the listing. "The room overlooked the pool. There is no beach view, but a short walk to a dedicated area on the beach with a limited number of chairs and unbrellas. You needed to arrive before 8:00 am to get a chair with an umbrella guaranteed while we were there early march.A short walk to a lot of very fun restaurants and taverns. Very family friendly"
