Cozy 2 bedroom Bungalow located in Grace Bay Area - Monthly rates Available

Welcome to Hope's Cottage! A Cozy Cottage Style Bungalow located in Grace Bay behind Coco Bistro. 3 minute drive and 15 minute walk to the beach and shops, grocery stores and restaurants in the Grace Bay area. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, private pool and backyard. Clean, quaint, bright with a beach cottage feel. Safe and quiet residential neighborhood and close to all amenities. You could walk to most places however car rental is highly recommended so that you can explore the island, different beaches and all the best restaurants. The pool is located off the large deck which has 4 loungers, beach towels, a table with 6 chairs and a BBQ grill. There is a pool alarm (available upon request), a handrail, and a safety buoy. The backyard, deck and pool are for your exclusive use. The kitchen is fully stocked with all major appliances, cutlery, pots and pans, dinnerware, glasses as well as plastic glasses for around the pool. The living/dining room has a large comfy sectional sofa, 55 inch Smart TV, a desk with chair and a dining table for 4. Each bedroom includes large closets, plenty of drawers, black out blinds, lamps with USB ports for charging as well as a 32 inch Smart TV in the Queen Bedroom. The bathrooms include shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers, hair dryers, and bathrobes. There is a Washer and Dryer in the unit for your use along with an ironing board and iron. This cozy bungalow is a duplex with a shared parking lot in the front yard, enough space for 2 vehicles per unit. There are AC sensors installed on all windows and doors to minimize power usage. The hostess is readily available for any inquiries. We look forward to having you at Hope's Cottage!

Wonderful

We stayed at Hopes Cottage for 4 weeks. Reading all the previous reviews, they are all correct. Comfy beds, great showers, great host. What is not mentioned is the beach umbrella, which we used almost every day, hangers in the closets, a variety of spices, condiments and sugar. This is the fifth long term rental we’ve done, and by far it had the most supplies to help with day to day cooking. Also the back yard and pool provided both sun and shade all day long. But the best thing is the first rule of real estate. Location, location, location. We rented a car but saw lots of people walking. This was our second trip to Providenciales and enjoyed it more because of the close proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Great stay at Hopes Cottage

Stephanie is a fabulous host, great host for any questions you need for anything about the property or things to do on the island, and she contacts back very quickly. The property looks just like photos it’s very nice the location is close to everything, beaches, dinning, and shopping in Grace Bay. We will be back.

Hope Cottage was a great place for us. As it is a new listing and property the owner is still working hard to improve anything she can. Stephanie is great host. Easy to work with, quick to respond to any need that you have. Would stay there again if we were going back to TCI

Excellent Property, Best Host Ever

We stayed for a week here and every part of our stay was perfect. The house is newly remodeled, the private pool is nice, and the furniture and beds are all very comfortable. The free internet worked very well, and even the showers were nice. There were plenty of cooking utensils and everything you need in the kitchen, plus an outside gas grill. There was even a gift basket from our host Stephanie, on the counter. Also, we utliized the beach chairs and cooler provided, every day. All the above being said, Stephanie, our host is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She was not intrusive, but anything we asked for and more was provided immediately, including flexability around check in and check out. Beyond that, she went way out of her way to help us when we had a flat tire with no spare. She sent someone to take the tire to get repaired and put it back on the car saving us from a huge hassle (and money) from the rental car company. Then she would not even let me pay for the tire repair. That is an unbelievable human being. On to the island. Almost everyone was inviting and seems like they actually want you there, all 7 beaches we visited were beautiful, but I thought the best one was Sapodilla Bay. As far as souvenir shopping Mama's Gift Shop was the most affordale that I saw, and they were very friendly. The whole trip was a lot of fun and the beaches are all very beautiful. The only 2 real problems were the roads suck especially driving on the left, and the prices for everthing are very high.

Amazing location in Turks and Caicos

Stephanie was a wonderful host. She answered every question very quickly, no matter what time of day or night and she was able to provide wonderful recommendations for us TCI first-timers. After a long travel day, it was wonderful to arrive to a thoughtful welcome basket with local treats and some cold beverages in the fridge. Hope’s Cottage was recently renovated and has so many great features and amenities. It’s clear that Stephanie has thought of everything- from plenty of USB outlets for charging electronics to any kitchen appliance you might need, in addition to the comfy furniture, this place is perfect. Our group really appreciated considerations such as providing household products that we would otherwise have had to pick up (i.e. dish soap, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, toilet paper and paper towel). The showers were also a very nice luxury feature of the home. We thoroughly enjoyed having our own private pool area with grill and outdoor dining table. We also made good use of the beach chairs and cooler, as we explored a new beach each day. We had a vehicle to get around however you could certainly walk to the local shops and nearby beaches. A couple of recommendations for other TCI first-timers: 1- visit Sapodilla Bay Beach- it was the furthest beach that we had driven to (approx 25 minutes) but it was the least windy of all the beaches we visited. You could purchase food and drinks there if you wanted and there and the vendors were playing music; 2- Eat at Cocovan- 8 minute walk from Hope’s Cottage. We were considering eating at Coco Bistro however there is a lengthy wait list. Cocovan is on the opposite side of the same lot and the food is incredible. We ate there twice and it did not disappoint; 3- the large grocery stores do not sell alcohol on Sundays so make sure you stock up on Saturday- there is a little liquor store near the house that does sell alcohol on Sundays if need be. We highly recommend staying at Hope’s Cottage and we will be recommending it to family and friends visiting TCI. Also, a big thanks to Stephanie for being such a hospital host.
