Inside, the villa combines classic colonial-inspired architecture with modern comforts. The spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas feature soaring cathedral ceilings, exposed wood beams, comfortable furnishings, and large windows that bring the surrounding landscape indoors. The villa is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs with Fire Sticks, allowing guests to log into their favorite streaming services during their stay. A flat-screen TV with Fire Stick is also located in the primary bedroom.

The Sunrise Ridge estate also includes a separate studio and two-bedroom cottage located elsewhere on the five-acre property. These accommodations have their own entrance, parking area, pools, and outdoor living spaces. The main house is separated from the studio and cottage by a courtyard and two gated access points, providing privacy for all guests. For larger groups, all three accommodations can also be rented together to create a private estate sleeping up to 12 guests.

Please note that because the swimming pool is located in the center of the courtyard and is not fenced, the property may not be suitable for young children or non-swimmers without close supervision.
