Not much of a view

Itā€™s a great location for those like us looking to be away from the hustle and bustle but yet not be too far a drive from it all. And the layout works well inside the unit and the condo has a great pool and amazing beach. However our unit only had a view from the corner of our deck and was tucked below another unit and stairs without impacted our light and air. We just solved it by not being inside much. And if youā€™re grilling for dinner beware thatā€™s across the way in a spot that removes you for a bit. We also had a few minor items but Ron was quick to respond and do his best to address. All in all a great holiday, locale Iā€™d just not count on a view.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic Vrbo in Provo, and I canā€™t recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the space. It was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home.The location couldnā€™t be more perfect! Nestled in a charming neighborhood, itā€™s conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and beautiful outdoor spaces. Whether you're looking to explore the vibrant downtown area or enjoy the stunning natural scenery, everything is just a short drive away.What truly set this experience apart was the responsiveness of the owner. They were incredibly accommodating and quick to answer any questions I had, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible. Beautiful complex at distant location

Everything you need for a quiet vacation on Providenciales with family or friends. Distant location doesnā€˜t matter, because of the small size of the island. you can get everywhere in under 1 hour. Beautiful residential complex, pool, pool bar, a few miles away from other buildings, very quiet, gated, free parking, free Wifi, approx. 2.5 miles of unpaved road (easily passable with normal vehicles), largest supermarket of Providenciales Graceway IGA approx. 10 miles / 20 minutes away, full kitchen with large microwave and dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, ceiling fans

Very quiet, beautiful resort

Ron is an amazing host, very quick to respond to all questions or concerns, the condo is very well appointed and perfect for a quiet beach get away. The resort is far enough from the hustle and bustle of grace bay to seem like you have a private beach and pool, however close enough for a nice time on the town. The snorkeling off the beach was amazing and being able to lay in the beach chair and see the stars made for the perfect get away for us. 1000% would recommend and book again

What we needed!

Visiting TCI has been a bucket-list trip for many years. I'm so glad I was finally able to make it happen! Our trip was wonderful, as were my accommodations. Ron is a great host. He is attentive and was responsive from the time that I booked our trip until checkout. The grounds are clean and picturesque. The unit was comfortable, we needed for nothing. In fact, my husband and I bought items from the IGA on our way in and found that the unit was already stocked with much of what we purchased (cooking essentials)! The resort is about a 25-minute drive from restaurants and shopping; I would recommend renting a car. I loved that access to the beach was mere steps away from our door, as was the pool and the open-air restaurant. A nice option for couples and families. Families. DefinitJust GREAT!

Perfect Getaway Spot

This condo was such a gem of a place and had everything we were looking for in a vacation rental!The "resort" was away from the congested part of the island and right on the beach. It's peaceful and quiet.There is a pool, hot tub and little restaurant right on locaton (not open on Mondays), which allowed us to stay put there most of the time.The condo is cozy & has a covered patio to sit and enjoy the scenery with your coffee in the morning.We enjoyed this location so much & hope to return :)

Absolutely lovely

Ronā€™s place was exactly what we were looking for. The condo is very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was so nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella to take to the beach! You definitely need a car. We had a little Suzuki Swift and had no problems with the dirt road people in the other reviews mentioned. I personally didnā€™t find it hard to maneuver at all. It was also nice to be able to make meals at home since restaurants are pretty expensive for just ok food. Having a private beach, pool and hot tub was great.I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property

Would recommend a car thatā€™s a little higher off the ground than the economy size as the dirt road for the last few miles has a lot of divots. Beautiful pool and greenery and itā€™s very nice to have a restaurant on site as thereā€™s nothing else near. Ron was a top notch host and very responsive. Very clean with everything you need.

A fantastic location for families in Turks!!

Our family had a fantastic time at Ronā€™s property, with the kids enjoying the pool, sunrises over the ocean and snorkeling. It was the perfect space for our family of 5 - and the pull out couch is also very comfortable for anyone who uses it!!The kitchen had all of the necessary tools, and the property even offers beach chairs for your adventures. The resort is def away from the main tourist area of Grace Bay, but the seclusion offered a great spot to head to after a day of exploring the island.And Ron was great in responding to any questions we had prior/during our stay!!

Your own little slice of paradise

First, Ron was extremely responsive and communicative, which made the whole trip easy from start to finish. Even when the dryer stopped working, he was able to get it fixed within hours. We went in the off-season so the property was undergoing some renovations and there werenā€™t many other guests which gave the feeling like we had the whole resort to ourselves. It is important to understand that this is a secluded part of the island, that you access it via an unpaved bumpy dirt road and that the nearest restaurants and grocery stores are at least 20 minutes away. You definitely need a car, preferably an SUV. For us, that was part of the charm. It was an adventure getting there but the resort is beautifully landscaped, the pool area is beautiful (and larger than some in the Grace Bay Area) and the beach is spacious with lovely shaded areas and chairs. The resort also has kayaks and surfboards. There were many times we were the only people on the beach or in the pool. There is a lot of seagrass in the ocean there, but there are pockets without just a few minute walk down the beach. The apartment itself was well appointed, had everything we needed for our family of 4.

Ronā€™s place was just what we needed for my wifeā€™s 50th! All the amenities, the location, the restaurant were perfect! The beach chairs, umbrella came in very handy. The property was amazing! Very quiet and gorgeous. The pool is beautiful and the snorkeling was great. We loved having the bar and restaurant on property. Beautiful, secluded spot

The resort is on the far side of the island but absolutely worth the drive. The beach is beautiful and the property is very well kept. The pool was great in the evenings before finishing the night by stargazing in the beach. Unit was spacious and clean and host was very responsive. I recommend swimming out to the buoy to snorkel the coral reef!

Beautiful and quiet

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The place was spacious and CLEAN. We loved the seclusion, away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. But not o far if you enjoy that. Ron gave some great recommendation for food (Mango Reef is a must) and excursions, (4 wheeling, snorkeling & iguana island) Any questions that I asked prior and during the stay were answered immediately. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Secluded Getaway

Northwest Point is a beautiful resort off the beaten path. If you're looking for a secluded, quiet, and affordable place to stay, look no further. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath villa as four adults and one child. It had ample space with a kitchen, washer/dryer, and a private patio. There were also 4 beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and umbrellas included that we took around with us all week. They also had a water cooler and bottle delivery which was incredibly generous. Although there were plenty of other guests, it was always calm and quiet outside. You WILL need a car to access this property. It's only a 10 minute drive to the town, but it's a long dirt road to get to and from the resort. Things that could use improvement: - One bathroom had some mold in the shower and there were gnats in the kitchen. Not surprising considering the climate, but the unit could've gotten a deeper clean. - We dined one night at the resort restaurant. Ron kindly gave us a voucher to use, but we waited over an hour for our very pricey pizzas only for them to be frozen pies. The live entertainment was fun, though! - There was a lot of algae on the private beach attached to the resort, so we couldn't swim unless we walked 10-15 mins down the beach. A little disappointing! Overall, we were very happy with our stay. Ron was incredibly communicative and was only a text away at all times. The price point of this place alone is unbeatable! We plan to stay here next time we're on the island.

I can't say enough about Ron and his vacation home in Turks and Caicos! This place is a resort that is fully equipped and secluded for a romantic or quiet peaceful getaway. First I have to start with this being my maiden voyage to TCI and I will definitely be coming back and I will certainly be looking to book these accommodations again. 1st thing you must know is that you MUST HAVE A CAR, because where the complex is located is on the Northern point of the island, outside of that the complex has everything from Kayaks to Paddle boards, with great palapas with awesome lounge chairs on the beach. Now here's the bonus Ron provides everything else that you need for your off premise excursions, all at not additional cost. My wife and I stopped at the restaurant at the resort for a bite on day one( which only serves lunch and dinner), and the food was good. The next day we grabbed the beach chairs and umbrella thx to our host and hit up Grace Bay Beach a 20 min drive from our rental. Next thing you should do when staying here is stop at the IGA grocery store and pick up breakfast foods and coffee if you so please to what the sunrise and avoid the need to leave the resort, only having to need to return to start your beach day off premise. Definitely choose this location if you're interested in low-key, quiet and laid back accommodations away from it all.
