"Serene, modern cottage tucked away on the water but less than 1 minute from quaint town of Historic East Greenwich. Our stay was filled with scenic views, amazing nearby restaurants, and peace in a cozy updated super-clean cottage. It was perfect and better than described. The hosts were immediately responsive and very kind and welcoming. We will be back! "

"So…the site itself is in a gorgeous location so if the weather is good you will want to sit outside. The property is an older building and we expected and were fine with that. They seem to want to be a venue space more than a hotel- we knew there might be an event but the thumping music from the DJ travels. "I stayed here to take part in the newport marathon, and the staff was so welcoming. They put together overnight oats and left running fuel so we had breakfast before the race (before breakfast hours) such a nice touch. Rooms were clean and parking was easy 10/10 experience "
