"Hotel com instalações novas, quarto amplo, silencioso, decoração de bom gosto, com camas confortáveis e ar-condicionado eficiente, banheiro de bom tamanho, bem iluminado e limpo, assim como o quarto. Minibar e cofre para guarda de laptop e outros objetos. Janelas amplas, com cortinas que vedam bem a claridade para dormir. Atendimento cordial. Vizinhança segura e reformada recentemente, com várias opções de restaurante acessíveis a pé. Ficaria hospedado lá novamente."

"Very unenthusiastic rude front desk guy. No greeting. Went up to the room he gave us. There was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. Thinking it was a mistake, we went in to find the room in disarray and obviously someone still staying there. Went back to front desk, no apology, just rudely gave us another room without a word. Asked for best way to walk to the Civic Center and he just waved his hand in a general direction without a word. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Would not recommend."

"Amei, amei este hotel! É o melhor lugar para levar seu peludo: todos gostam de cachorros e minha poodle sentiu-se uma celebridade. Está perto de um excelente mercado (PUBLIX), de restaurantes e da Universidade do Alabama. O café da manhã não é riquíssimo como no Brasil, mas muito melhor do que o de outros nos EUA. O melhor: o "staff"-- são todos muito simpáticos."

"Breakfast menu had a great selection but the food that should have been hot to taste was cold....my hot water in the shower took 10 minutes to get hot and the mattress in my room was horrible. It felt like a mattress cushion instead of an actual mattress. Staff was very polite and friendly. "

"Room was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Shower did not work. We had to valet the car and it came back in HORRIBLE condition, someone had smoked in the car, it had 50 miles more on the car than when we dropping it off. The seats were pulled all the way forward and all driver settings had been erased. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!"

"This room was disgusting. Holes in the walls. TV falling off the wall. Baseboards look like years of build up. Pubic hair in bed. No sheet beneath the blanket. Did not supply bedding for pull out even though they knew we have 4 occupants. Supplied only one washcloth and 3 towels. Holes in the towels, and they looked dirty. Never provided additional requested towels and washcloths. Two people didn't stay. They slept on the floor of a hotel room with a friend, rather than sleeping on the...
