BEAUTIFUL 2 BED VILLA, PRIVATE POOL, WIFI, CLOSE TO BEACH/MARINA SHOPS & BARS

This is a two bedroom Villa which sleeps 4/6 people, with one double bedroom and one twin, plus a double comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. This Villa is equipped with all the amenities required to enjoy your perfect holiday. There is a family bathroom on the first floor and a downstairs cloakroom. Wifi and a Safe is also available. You can either sunbathe and swim in your own private pool, or just with a 10 minutes walk away there are local bars, shops and restaurants to enjoy that relaxing evening out. The Golden Coast Beach and picturesque Fishing Harbour & Marina are just a 5 minutes walk away. On the complex there is a basketball Court, children's play and picnic area, so there is enough there to keep the whole family busy.

We had a great 10 days stay at the villa. The house was clean at arrival and the pool was cleaned twice weekly. The only small issue was the large amount of small ants in the kitchen making it impossible to leave any food out for a short time period. Additionally, the villa was a little hard to find based on the location found on the webside. Other than that we were very pleased with the villa and location worth a recommendation!

Très bel endroit

Maison très agréable et bien située pour visiter la partie est de l’île.Maison très propre et hôte très disponible.La piscine est très agréable et bien entretenue (intervention d’un professionnel plusieurs fois par semaine). Bel endroit à conseiller.

Very nice little villa in a quiet area just 10 mins walk from a good quality sandy beach for swimming and 10 mins drive into Protaras for the food and nightlife. Car ideal but not essential as there are regular buses into town and Ayia Napa every few minutes.

Lovely Villa

It’s an excellent property that’s near amenities. The owner is easily accessible. What’s advertised is what you see upon arrival and hence I have given it a rating of 5 stars. I was allowed a late check out as my flight was late in the evening. If you’re looking for a tranquil Villa then this one is the right one for you.

Superb Villa Luca In Pernera

Excellent family holiday. The Villa has everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is a beautiful beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The swimming pool at the property was perfect for a swim and cooling off after a day in sunshine.

Relaxing family holiday

Great host who ensured we had everything we needed before we left the UK for a smooth arrival. Always responded promptly to any messages sent. Property was very clean. Welcome package of essentials and pool towels provided. Perfect for a family of four. Great pool, good size and cleaned regularly. Quiet area, 10-15 min walk to plenty of restaurants and small supermarkets. Short drive to larger supermarkets and beautiful beaches. Well placed to explore the surrounding areas of Protaras & Ayia Napa.

Lovely relaxing stay

Arrived at the villa at 1.30am. Easily found with the directions given by the host. Welcome pack was a great touch. Villa was clean, linen clean and fresh. Villa had everything we could need and plenty of room. Pool was a good size. Great powerful outdoor shower. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Good communication from the rental agency. Overall we had a lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay and would love to return one day.

Charmant séjour!

Les photos de l'annonce pourraient être mises à jour car la réalité n'est plus aussi "neuve" que présentée mais les prestations sont telles que je les attendais. Le passage, un jour sur deux, d'un technicien d'entretien de la piscine fut une surprise remarquable et contribua à rendre nos moments passés dans le jardin particulièrement agréables. Je recommande cette villa dont la propriétaire est, par ailleurs, très attentionnée envers ses clients. Et merci à Kate pour l'excellent travail fourni sur place 😉!

Overall this villa was just what we required. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the white goods, but apart from this it was ideal. We were at a wedding at the Golden Coast resort, which is approx a 5 minute walk away and Pernera strip was only a 10/15 minute walk.

What a fantastic location and property, just right for a small family. It was very clean, the pool was great and there's a beach at the end of the road - what more could you want? The Pinia restaurant just aroud the corner is great for Cypriot food. We'll be back...

Excellent property and location

The Villa is also only about 10 minutes walk to the new promenade that gives easy access to several beaches and a number of good restaurants. We arrived late in the evening and walked to the excellent Pinia taverna that is just around the corner. The villa had most of everything that we wanted although some of the equipment and fittings were beginning to show their age. The weather got very hot during our stay so it was great to have the pool that was professionally cleaned twice a week. Would recommend the property for anyone looking for a relatively quiet area but with easy access to beaches & restaurants. Communication with the owner was excellent.

The villa is definitely better than the pictures shown and had a good layout of what you need to make your stay comfortable The only thing which could do with a small service is the airconditioning as started dripping on my head in bed but solved this by pulling the bed away from the wall Overall great place to stay and very good financially Thank you

Nice villa for 4 persons

We were a party of 3 adults and 3 children. The problem this presented was that one adult was required to sleep on one of the sofa beds in the front room. Whilst I enjoy a firm bed, both sofa beds were only half a step up from sleeping on a concrete floor. Not only did this make sleeping difficult, sitting was also an issue. However, despite this long "gripe" it was the only real fault we found with what is a peaceful retreat, with all the amenities you would have at home, but with a pool thrown in - which the children made full use of. We also found the local beach very family friendly and a bonus in being just a short walk away.

The villa was amazing! Close to shops and bars and the beach only a short walk away. Would definitely stay here again. The owner so accommodating and friendly. Had the best time here.

Lage des Hauses war optimal, wenn man auf direkten Strandzugang keinen Wert legt

Außenbereich war nicht gut beschattet. Leider auf dem Grundstück zu wenig grün (nur Kunstrasen) und die Gartenmöbel waren schon sehr abgenutzt und schmutzig. Pool war Ok. Innen war alles sauber und ordentlich. Hier und da etwas älter und eher schlicht touristisch eingerichtet. Das Ameisenproblem an Tag 1 in der Küche wurde sofort behoben und die Klimaanlagen waren bei der Hitze abends sehr angenehm. Preis-Leistung demnach OK

Gute Unterkunft, aber verbesserungswürdig

Die Unterkunft (Villa) ist gut gelegen. Zum Strand und zur Bushaltestelle sind es ca. 800 m. Das Restaurant "Pinia", welches sehr zu empfehlen ist, ist 200 m entfernt. Der Pool ist auch prima. Wir waren jeden Nachmittag/Abend nach dem Baden im Meer oder wenn wir von unseren Ausflügen zurück kamen, zur Erfrischung da drin. Eigentlich wollten wir zu viert (3 Erwachsene + 1 14-jähriges Kind) in diese Unterkunft. Da wegen Krankheit ein Erwachsener und das Kind nicht mitkommen konnten, waren wir nur zu zweit. Im Nachherein muss ich sagen, zum Glück, denn für vier Erwachsene ist dies nichts, denn bei allen Annehmlichkeiten gab es aber leider auch Dinge, die sehr verbesserungswürdig sind: Gründe dafür sind, dass das Bad viel zu klein und ohne Ablagemöglichkeiten ist. Auch die Zimmer sind etwas klein. Die Matratzenauflage war zu kurz und verrutschte ständig. Die Klimaanlage, die wir fast nie benutzten, ist auch eine Wissenschaft für sich. Dank der sehr guten Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Helen haben wir sie so einigermaßen in Griff bekommen. Mit dem Fernseher kamen wir gar nicht zu recht. Anscheinend gibt es da keinen Satellitenempfang. Haben aber auch nicht nachgefragt. Waren ja nicht zum Fernsehschauen im Urlaub. Des weiteren ist der WiFi-Sender viel zu schwach. Schon auf der Terrasse am Pool und oben in den Zimmern kommt das Signal so gut wie gar nicht, oder besser gesagt, meist nicht an. Der Wäschetrockner sollte auch mal gewechselt werden. Er ist sehr stark verrostet. Der Türstopper im Schlafzimmer ist nicht zu benutzen, so dass kein Durchzug (Terrassen- und Balkontür geöffnet) gemacht werden konnte. Hätte man eigentlich sehen müssen, dass der falsch angebaut/platziert ist. Da wir schon 6 x vorher auf Zypern waren, hatten wir zum Glück genügend Adapter für die Steckdosen mit. Ohne diese könnten die Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Fön nicht benutzt werden, da diese Geräte alle mit Schuko Stecker deutschen Standards sind. Der Sonnenschirm draußen war auch eine sehr wackelige Angelegenheit. Lebensmittel mussten grundsätzlich im Kühlschrank gelagert werden, da es nicht nur hier ein Problem mit den winzigen Ameisen gibt. Die Brote, die wir am Anreisetag gekauft hatten und über Nacht auf dem Küchenschrank gelegt hatten, waren am nächsten Morgen total voll mit ihnen und etwas für den Müll. Wer nicht so hohe Ansprüche an die Unterkunft stellt und mit diesen Mängeln klar kommt, kann hier einen schönen Urlaub verbringen.
