"Nicely constructed cabin. Very comfortable bed! Peaceful and fresh air. Would have liked a later check out than 10 am given we were expected to do half of the clean up - dishes, garbage collection, placing towels all in one designated location, resetting the thermostat, closing the windows, etc. We were late leaving due to these housekeeping chores, and the second we departed a service truck pulled up that previously came around at exactly 10 am. "

"My daughter and I had a great stay. The room was a perfect find and fit for our needs. Gary met us immediately in the drive and since I’m newer to this process he was very helpful to get us checked in. Since both my children are going to school in the area, I truly hope to stay there again. "

"We (3 adults and a Dalmatian) rented the Cozy Cabin for 10 days. It was great. There was enough space for our stuff and for us to relax and sleep comfortably. The bed sleeps 2 and there’s an air mattress for the third person. The cabin itself is nice, and the view is beautiful too. My husband really enjoyed how close it is to water and it gave him and Bailey (dog) some nice walks. This isn’t a place for partying but it’s awesome for relaxing. "We had a terrific week on Beech Hill Pond! This is our 2nd year working with Josh and he makes the whole process (from booking to check-out) so smooth and easy. The property location is perfect that is gave us privacy but direct access to the lake and easy trips to Ellsworth for dinners and Bar Harbor for the day. "Excellent location and a very well equipped rental. Beds are super comfy and supportive. Having a little back yard for our pooch was a plus. The weather in Bangor was very hot while there and the AC provided a perfect temperature for the house. We were there for a medical procedure and having a 2 minute drive to Northern Lights Hospital was a huge plus. All in all a very positive experience!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this quaint and quiet tiny house in Bar Harbor. The accommodations were exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. Although we did not use the fire pit, that would be a nice addition to the cool Fall night. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, and the hot shower was a welcome treat after a day of exploring Acadia. It was the perfect peaceful retreat and just what we were hoping for. Highly recommend!"

"This was a great stay! The house was clean and spacious for a family of four (5-6 would also be fine). Well stocked with everything you might need. The Graham lake was clean and peaceful to kayak and fish—other nearby lakes ideal for swimming. Ellsworth has lots of cute shops and dining options. Acadia is about 30-40 minutes depending on where and when you go, but idealif you prefer to be off the beaten path rather than in the center of it all. We really enjoyed our time here. Thank you!"

"This was a cozy little cabin perfectly situated in the woods. Mornings were peaceful and evenings were tranquil.
