"The rooms are large and clean. The beds were comfortable. The AC was very noisy in our room. They try hard with breakfast. They have real scrambled eggs and homemade biscuits. However, they seems to still be figuring stuff out. Some days there are bottles of water, some days there are none at the breakfast. I would welcome a little more fruit and maybe some not-sugary cereal at breakfast. How about an electric hot water kettle so we don't have to drink coffee-tasting tea out of the Keurig? I...

"Enjoyed my stay here and wish I had more than an overnight trip! It was a really cozy, well maintained property. The staff greeted me personally as soon as I walked in and then gave me total privacy for the rest of my stay. I get the sense this part of Vermont probably gets a tourism boom during ski season, but this was lovely for a summer getaway."

"I work hard and needed the perfect relaxing place. We booked a night while we were passing through town and it was exactly what we needed. The atmosphere was what you would expect from a Vermont establishment. The beer was great, the meatballs were literally amazing. At first I felt the price of the pizza was a bit high but after eating it I had zero regrets, worth it. Our room was above the bar and provided ear buds. We wouldn’t need them on this night because we may have been the only guests....

"This is a wonderful modern hotel in a very center of North Adams. A view from 7th floor is picturesque. It is very clean. The room is spacious; the beds are comfortable. The pool looks good, although we didn't try that. There are a coupe of nice art exhibitions on the first floor. The coffee is good, the breakfast pastries and fruits are nice, but these are all it is for breakfast. And the road to Greylock mountain starts in 2 minutes drive from the hotel. We loved it!"

"Pool was nice, water a bit too warm on the very hot day we were there. Staff are amazing and very accommodating. Allen, Patrica, Kathleen and Karen were great. Grill area was great, perfect for cooking burgers and dogs for the 25 we had with us. Property is well maintained, the Gardner was working on all the flowers out front when we arrived. Place looks great. The upper parking lot could be bigger, the lower lots are a bit of a hike. The food was great, but the timing of the meals were off. I...
