"We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice, spacious and clean. My only suggestion would be to have table lamps on the nightstands in the bedrooms. Currently there are just overhead lights which make it impossible to read a book in bed at night."

"It’s was lovely! A very special and beautiful property! Wonderful to be able to walk to dinner and shops. Unfortunately, with only a one-night stay, the late check-in (4p) and early checkout (10a) felt a bit rushed. It would be best enjoyed with more nights, or a slightly later checkout. "I loved it! I used this as a base camp to go hiking in Acadia NP, and it was perfect for that, but I also could have spent my entire two days at the property and been very content. As it was, I slept deeply on my air mattress in the loft and watched the beautiful sunrises while sitting at the shore and while eating breakfast at the table inside. "The stay was fine and the host a nice enough guy. However, just to lay out some facts: - The primary picture of the shed was taken before the units 1 and 2 were hung on the outside. The unit is half of that and you share a wall with another guest where you can hear everything they say or do. - The shed is about 50 yards from the primary house and about 50 feet from another structure that is an active construction site. - In order to turn on the AC, you have to stand on an old fold out wooden...

"This house is all about the location! It sets on a beautiful property and is a mile from access to Acadia Park loop road, not to mention close to town. More than enough space for 5 adults to lounge around. The weather was starting to turn to fall so using the fire pit and having the fireplace was so nice. Had a question, and the property manager was so quick to answer. Highly recommend."
