The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is a shower and a separate WC on the main floor. The upper floor has an open gallery with sloping ceilings, ranging in height from 110 to 230 cm, and includes a sofa bed (110 cm, length 190 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. Another bedroom on this level has sloping ceilings of the same height range and two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), with access to a balcony. Additionally, there is a bath and a separate WC on the upper floor.
