"Rooms are super spacious"

Chateada "

"I didn’t stay there. They didn’t have my reservations. I waited 1 hr before they even told me they didn’t even have anymore rooms. "

"Everything was amazing at the hotel. I just wished there was more outside seating cause it really was nice days while we were in North Carolina."

"I want my deposit back"

"Estadia com bom custo-benefício para uma noite. Quarto limpo. Café da manhã básico - sem frutas."

"Everything was wrong, bugs in the kitchen, night staff was rude, no help at all to solve issues and not give information accurate to customer."

"The staff was caring and helpful. They were very concerned that my stay was not a problem."

"Upon arrival we had to request a different room because the beeeing wasn’t clean. The second room was better but showed a lot of wear and tear. It wasn’t until the next day that we realized we only had one shower door. We had to go out to purchase ice because there is no ice machine. The shower had no place to set down soap. The towels were cleaned but stained. Although it was less expensive, we won’t be staying there again."
