The villa covers 544 m² of living space with a landscaped garden of 169 m². It features four spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed (180x200 cm), a private bathroom with a shower, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. All bedrooms offer spectacular sea views, while the two bedrooms on the third floor also include walk-in closets and private terraces. Two bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with a game room, while the first floor hosts a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with an additional sofa bed, and a beautiful terrace perfect for enjoying meals and sunsets.



All rooms, including the living room, have underfloor heating, making the villa suitable for stays even outside the summer season. You can enjoy a private pool (26 m²), an outdoor shower, and a gas barbecue. Three private parking spaces are available on the property.
