Luxury 4-BR villa with private pool, first row to the sea

On a floor space of 300m², up to 8 guests can make themselves comfortable in four spacious bedrooms. Three bedrooms are on the upper floor, and one with an ensuite bathroom is on the lower floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a double bed and a TV. Two of the bedrooms have access to smaller balconies, while the third bedroom has access to a large balcony with beautiful sea views. Guests have access to modern ensuite bathrooms in all bedrooms, with an additional bathroom available on the ground floor.
The living room, dining area, and kitchen are located in an open-plan space. From here, thanks to the large glass doors, you have the perfect view of the outdoor area with the pool and direct access to the terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the utensils needed to prepare delicious meals for friends and family. The living room's ambience is enhanced by a beautiful fireplace, making the atmosphere very inviting. For active guests, there is an exercise bike available to maintain fitness during the holiday.
In the completely fenced outdoor area, the 40m² pool with a built-in jacuzzi is waiting for you, surrounded by loungers where you can relax and soak up the sun. The outdoor area also features a green area and an outdoor grill. Meals prepared on the grill can be enjoyed on the terrace, equipped with garden furniture.
The youngest guests can have fun on the children's playground, and everyone can come together for a game on the volleyball field.
If you’d like to go on a bike tour, there are four bicycles at your disposal. Additionally, four covered parking spaces are guaranteed.

In addition to the many amenities this villa offers, its location is another significant advantage. The villa is situated in an isolated area just 300m from the sea, in Sabunike, near the small Dalmatian town of Privlaka. Located in the Zadar region, Privlaka provides everything you need for a vacation full of tranquility. It is particularly known for its beautiful sandy beaches, ideal for families with small children.
Sabunike’s beaches are a highlight, so you'll definitely want to spend some time relaxing by the Adriatic Sea. One must-visit spot is theQueen's Beach (Kraljičina plaža), famous for its healing mud, perfect for rejuvenation. Nearby, the historical town of Nin is rich in history, featuring ancient Roman ruins and cathedrals, while Zadar, just a 20-minute drive away, boasts unique attractions like the Sea Organ and the Greeting to the Sun installation.
Nature lovers can explore nearby national parks, such as Kornati National Park, a stunning archipelago ideal for boat tours, or Krka National Park, known for its breathtaking waterfalls. The shallow, sandy inlet between Privlaka and Nin is a hotspot for windsurfing, while Vrsi Mulo is a great spot for scuba diving.
Food enthusiasts will delight in the local cuisine, which offers a variety of options in the village’s restaurants. Try the fantastic seafood, charcuterie, cheese, and wine, and don’t miss the traditional Dalmatian dish called ‘Peka’. For wine lovers, a visit to vineyards like Kraljevski Vinogradi Winery offers the chance to enjoy exquisite Zinfandel wine and explore the winemaking process.
Another unique experience awaits at the Salt Museum in Nin, where you can learn about the traditional methods of salt production and the importance of salt pans to the region. Tolles Haus

Das Haus war exakt wie beschrieben und sehr sauber und groß. Der Pool ist gefährlich für Kleinkinder zwecks der Ansaugung im Whirlpoolbereich und der Mauer, die im Wasser schlecht u erkennen ist. Auch wir hatten bei unseren Kindern Sorgen und den Whirlpool nicht eingeschalten. Ärgerlich ist das Tierheim in der Nähe, die Hunde bellen die ganze Nacht. Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt, der Kontakt war sehr nett und alles hat reibungslos geklappt.
