"firstly communication was not clear because when I get the guesthouse the person who was assisting me told me that I'm supposed to be in Strand but the direction that I got was for Somerset. I was so confused but assisted me because there was a room that was free in that site. very thing is perfect very apartment is very nit and clean. "

"This property is one of the nicest I have ever stayed at. The property is beautiful, spacious, well-maintained, and had a lovely view. The room we stayed in was actually a full suite with living room, full kitchen, large bedroom and huge bathroom with soaking tub and shower. "I made a special request prior to check in that was forgotten by the hotel, house keeping woke me up at 8:30am and just barged in. Also 100 rands fee for room service sounds like a scam, I stayed in hundreds of hotels of this level and was never charged that. The property and breakfast are nice, rooms are comfortable, but service needs to be improved to justify the price. "
