WHAT TO EXPECT FROM LOCATION :

Our immaculate, large FAMILY-FRIENDLY home sits on the golf course, well back away from the street and across from a greenbelt for the ultimate privacy and peace.

The location is on one of the most beautiful streets in Princeville, where the houses are large and the lots are even larger. Our home is just a short drive to the world famous beaches of the North Shore: Hanalei Bay Beach, Anini, Hideaways, Sealodge. At sunset when golfers have left, take a short walk along the golf course path right outside our back lawn to a stunning location with views of an Ocean cliff.

Enjoy roaming around our 17,000+ lot surrounded by tropical garden with banana trees, mango and avocado trees.

WHAT WE PROVIDE:

We have tons of gear that makes traveling with small children just a little bit easer: pack-n-play, a high chair, lots of toys and kids books from Hawaiian authors!

We have A/C in every bedroom and in the living room. Portable fans, ceiling fans, A/C should make your stay feel more breezy during hot days. Summer in the late afternoons can be very warm though~ It is Hawaii after all ;)

We have gear for you to take to the beach (towels, chairs, boogie boards, cooler, beach umbrellas, snorkeling equipment).

WHAT TO EXPECT INSIDE: MODERN SURF BEACHY STYLE :

Our house has a "modern surf and beachy" style with vaulted ceilings and soaring picture windows provide unparalleled views of the Makai golf course, mountains and waterfalls. A beautiful stained glass inset in your front door greets you as you arrive home.

The dining area which opens onto a small lanai overlooking the golf, has lots of windows and is filled with light making you feel as though your are dining outside.

The main level has two bedrooms and a full bath which contains a vanity with dual sinks and a Samsung washer and dryer. For ease of care, you'll find either wood laminate or ceramic flooring throughout the kitchen / living / dining and baths. The master bedroom is oversized and has greenbelt views, a huge Jacuzzi like jetted tub, walk in shower and a large two sink vanity in the master bath. There's an additional bedroom just inside the entry with a king bed. Sunlight fills the house no matter where you are.


Before deciding to stay with us please note the following policies:

- Parties, events and receptions are strictly prohibited. We want guests to know before booking that our home is located in a residential neighborhood in Princeville. Princeville has a noise ordinance of 10:00 pm.

- For stays over 21 nights, guests will be charged for one in-clean for $275.

- We have two sets of stairs: At the entrance which takes you up to the main level (14 steps. And on the main level which takes you up to the master bedroom.

- Check in time: 4pm
- Check out time: 9:30am
