Welcome to Nihilani! This large second floor Hawaiian style home is comfortably furnished with dining area, 2 living areas, 2 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and laundry. There are also 2 beautiful lanais with seating and dining areas. Both bedrooms have California king beds and there's a queen sleeper sofa in the den. The whole unit is cooled by the central air conditioning system as well as ceilings fans in each room.

Located in Princeville, this condo is the perfect spot to enjoy your stay in paradise. Stocked conveniently with everything you will need for a great vacation, come prepared to relax and take in the beauty of your surroundings. Enjoy the garden views with swaying palms that will set the mood. The Nihilani complex has a beautiful pool area that includes a large jetted hot tub and large relaxing BBQ area. The free form pool has two levels, the upper level covered by a large cabana. If you're looking for a beautiful home in one of the most breathtaking places in the world, this is it! Nearby activities include swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, horseback riding, zip lining, shopping, tennis and golf. The newly renovated 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay is just down the road and a great place to take in the expansive views of Hanalei Bay. Happy Talk Lounge, at Hanalei Bay Resort, is a wonderful spot where you can watch the most beautiful sunset while enjoying cocktails or dinner. Private garage parking for 1 car. Parking for an additional car requires advance notice to obtain a permit and is limited.

Great location, good for a family, and clean

The condo was in a great location for my family. The condo was spacious, clean and had many amenities to enjoy such as beach chairs, bikes, cooler, and umbrellas. The pool and spa were enjoyable. Highly recommend it if you are staying in Princeville.

Great place to stay!

Pros: This condo is very spacious! We were able to use the second living room as the baby’s play area without cluttering up the main living room. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the utensils and supplies we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable and we slept great! Having air conditioning was amazing after being out in the heat all day. All three bathrooms were extremely clean (even the ceiling fans and air vents were clean). The furniture is very comfortable and in good condition. I slept on the couch one night because it was so comfortable and I was too lazy to get up. The balcony was great to relax on and the view was lovely. If you’re staying in Princeville this condo is perfect. The complex is a nice quiet area and the grounds are well maintained. I was extremely happy that we picked this condo to stay in!! Communication: The dishwasher wasn’t working properly but they had someone promptly come fix it that afternoon while we were out. I was impressed with their responsiveness. Cons: One of the bikes had a flat tire and would not hold air so we were unable to use it. The carpet truly needs replaced. It’s obviously had stains over time (like all carpets do) but whoever cleaned it used something that actually removed the coloring from the carpet. It’s the only negative thing I can say about the place.

Great Location

This is a beautiful condo. Plenty of room. Kitchen is well equipped. 2 Lanais. Pool is awesome. Lots of beach supplies available for use in garage... Beach chairs, umbrellas, bogey boards, 2 beach cruiser bikes. We loved it! Ave would stay there again.

Hawaii Adventure

We had an amazing time. I will definitely stay at this condo again and also refer friend's. It was such a beautiful location. Very quiet and close to some restaurants. We even went to the farmers market in the neighborhood. We talked to several people while using the pool and hot tub. Everyone was so friendly. We ate out on our deck each morning and the trees snd shrubs were so lush you didn’t really see other people on their decks.

Holiday in Kauai with Family

We love Nihilani. Perfect location and a quiet well kept development. There were a few small issues with condo, but overall it was very comfortable. Nice to have AC that worked well. Plenty of space, lots of toys in the garage for our use. Kauai is such a beautiful place. Aloha.

Great location , comfortable, quiet.

My wife and I wanted a home away from home experience on this trip and we got it. This property was very comfortable and enjoyable for our 9 day stay. Everything was as advertised. This unit is not on the road side and was very quiet. The subdivision is very clean and a great location. The owner had everything including bikes and all beach items. You can’t control the other adjacent guests but we never experienced any noise during our stay and most people staying in Princeville are early risers. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was great and we enjoyed the lanai. We didn’t use the pool. Carpet is older but didn’t smell at all. I would highly recommend this property.

Top notch stay

Wonderful stay. Beautiful grounds, comfortable beds, loads of light in the condo with a very airy feeling. The kitchen has everything and then some. Plenty of room to spread out and extremely clean. We had breakfeast on the lanai daily listening to the birds. Fast and efficient communication too. If its available book it, you won't regret.

Wonderful Condo

This condo was amazing!! It was extremely spacious. It had more than enough room for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and even more! There were several beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, boogie boards, ect.. They had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful Kauai beaches! The kitchen had everything we needed. It was extremely clean. The property management company was very helpful and prompt. I highly recommend staying here! You will not be disappointed!

Spacious, modern, well-appointed condo

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at unit 28C in Nihilani. The condo was clean, spacious, and had many nice amenities all throughout the unit. We also thoroughly enjoyed the pool. While I didn't find the air conditioning to be very effective at night, thankfully the ceiling fans and tradewinds helped keep the place cool enough for our family.

dirty & noisy, soiled bedding, kit & baths not clean

After a long day of travel we arrived to a kitchen and bathroom(s) that I had to clean immediately as the kitchen/dining countertops/floors looked like they had been wiped down with a dirty rag. Bathroom(s) had dried urine dribble on the floors, and the worst was a brown soiled blanket on the master bed. I spent my evening cleaning/washing and sterilizing as it was apparent that had not been taken care of properly. (We were promised a refund of our cleaning fee). Upon my complaint, NaPali properties did offer to have someone come back and re-clean. I declined as I had already cleaned and did not trust that the level of cleaning would be any better than when we arrived! On another note, the carpets in this beautifully appointed but dirty home need to be ripped out and replaced. They were dirty and had multiple chlorox stains everywhere. Perhaps their talented cleaning crew didn’t understand that you shouldn’t use chlorox on carpets as it leaves white marks? Noise? Every morning we were there we were awakened at 8 am sharp by a contractor with his table saw cutting tiles for hours in the unit immediately below us. On the last morning our new neighbors outside our master bedroom were up at 6 am laughing and loud. I informed Na Pali properties of these issues as well and they basically said that the property owners in this complex have no obligation to inform other owners when construction is going on and contractors have permission to work 8-5 daily, including saturdays, our first morning in peaceful Princeville. As for the noisy neighbors outside our window, that was simply our misfortune. I must say, these units are really close to one another making it difficult to control noisy neighbors, contractors etc. Oh and yes, there was no internet or television when we arrived Friday until Monday when a technician came out to repair. Thankfully that was a quick early morning appointment and we were up and running. Between the dirty unit, a table saw and nosy neighbors, Princeville as I know it, was anything but peaceful. I would not recommend staying here or relying on Napali properties to provide a supportive or clean and sterile (COVID)? friendly accommodation.

This is a GREAT home! It's spacious, well stocked, comfortable, and clean. The porches are fantastic. We enjoyed several meals out there. The home really gives you room to spread out with large bedrooms and living areas. The community is very quiet and really pretty. We were able to use the two bikes in the garage to enjoy the paved paths. One thing I will note is that the distance to the beaches that VRBO seems to be pulling may be as the crow flies. This would be true of any home in Princeville. You can drive or hike to them (and it's worth the effort) but it's not a quick walk. We loved this home and would definitely come back!

Nihilani 28C was magnificent

We really enjoyed our stay at Nihilani 28C. Bob and Donna have a beautiful home, it was well equipped for suit all of our needs. The property is well maintained and every detail is well thought out from the kitchen, bath and laundry supplies to the garage filled with bikes, beach gear and toys. We definitely plan to return.
