Affectionately named “The Pool House” by our 4 little ones, this house is above and beyond its typical name sake. This sprawling 3,000 sq.ft. home boasts 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, with room to sleep at least 18 comfortably. A sleek modern kitchen, outdoor grill, 2 living room areas, and your own pool, complete with water slide and jacuzzi will be the cherry-on-top of your Hawaiian vacation! Come create lasting memories and enjoy time together!

Upon entering through the front door, you’ll find yourself in an entry way/mud room. To the left is the laundry room. Down the hall to the left is the first bedroom with its own bathroom. There is a king sized bed, TV, closet and A/C with sliding glass doors that take you to the back side yard. Further down the hall is the second bedroom. It has a king sized bed, TV, closet and A/C. This room has sliding glass doors to the front side yard. Outside of the second bedroom and down the hall is the second full bathroom. As the hallway ends, you’ll arrive in the open floor dining area, kitchen and main living room. Sleeping arrangements in the living room include a queen sized sofa sleeper and a couch. From the sliding glass doors of the living room, you’ll see the backyard oasis that includes the pool, jacuzzi, water slide and grill area. Leaving the living room, you’ll see another hall that leads to the main master. This room has a walk-in closet, king sized bed, TV, A/C, it’s own bathroom and sliding glass doors that lead directly to the pool.
Right off the dining area and up the stairs is a second living room area. The second living room boasts an upstairs lanai that overlooks the front street and neighboring greenery. Off the second living room are the 4th and 5th bedrooms, as well as the 5th full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has 2 bunk beds, each with a trundle bed. It also has a TV and A/C. The fifth bedroom has a king sized bed, closet, it’s own bathroom, TV, and A/C with a door to the lanai.

You’ll have complete access to the entire home and private pool, apart from one closet in the hall.

Princeville is a peaceful, safe and beautiful community. There is a walking/biking path, park and shopping all within 5 minutes of the home.

The Pool House has its own garage and driveway for convenient parking. Cars parked on the grass overnight or for long periods of time may be cited by Princeville Security.

“No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any land in Princeville at Hanalei, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or may become an annoyance or nuisance to the neighborhood. Noise sources which may constitute an annoyance/nuisance include, but are not limited to: boisterous activities, incessant animal noise, musical instruments, audio equipment, televisions, unmuffled or inadequately muffled motor vehicles, public address systems, spa/pool activity. Nuisance noise is defined as being excessively loud at the property line of the nearest neighbor.”

“Vehicles must be parked with all wheels of the vehicle on the driveway. For safety purposes, the first two feet of the driveway from the road asphalt must remain clear. At no time should a car or it’s contents extend into the roadway. These requirements are in force at any time day or night.”

“Trash pickup is on Wednesday morning and the cans are to be put out no earlier than Tuesday at noon and put away no later than Wednesday evening.”

For stays longer than two weeks, additional $850 cleaning fee(s) will be required to cover mid-stay clean(s)
