I also stayed at Marriot and Sheraton and I missed Hanalei Bay Resort the entire time I was at the other hotels. Definition of hidden gem."

"Starting with what we disliked the most, it would be the checkout experience. We booked a hospitality room for taking a shower before our flight and when we got there it was a total mess. Clearly the previous family had just left the room and they gave us the key without any cleaning whatsoever.
