"Starting with what we disliked the most, it would be the checkout experience. We booked a hospitality room for taking a shower before our flight and when we got there it was a total mess. Clearly the previous family had just left the room and they gave us the key without any cleaning whatsoever. Towels and water all over the floor, no soap, etc. Brought this up to the guy at frontdesk and he says something like “cleaning would have been nice” with a totally “could’t care less” attitude as he...

"Charlene and Roger are the ultimate hosts. Their Hale/Condo is perfection. We are return guests and will return again and again as our funds will allow us. I cannot speak more highly about the hosts. Throughout the whole booking process, arrival, check out they were amazing communicators. We have not one negative things to say about the unit or the hosts. The Harpers have become Ohana to our family!"

"The property is beautiful, the views are stunning, the pool is great, there are plenty of pickleball and tennis courts, there are restaurants available, and they provide rides to the nearest beach via golf cart. I also stayed at Marriot and Sheraton and I missed Hanalei Bay Resort the entire time I was at the other hotels. Definition of hidden gem."
