CLIFFS 4-207, SPECTACULAR VIEWS - 2 PRIVATE LANAIS AT THIS REMODELED CONDO

The Cliffs 4-207 at Princeville is a beautiful 1 bedroom, 2 bath, fully-equipped condo with spectacular views from 2 private lanais. Perched on a cliff above the Pacific, you can enjoy watching magnificent whales in the winter with playful dolphins and colorful birds all year round. The kitchen has granite counter tops, appliances, as well as cooking and dining essentials. This accommodation features a washer and dryer and has 2 flat screen TVs and complementary Wi-Fi. This condo has a wonderful king sized bed in the bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room. It sleeps 4 comfortably.

This condo is in Building 4 of The Cliffs resort complex, which has wonderful grounds and many amenities, including a tropical pool and spa, tennis courts, playground and BBQ areas. A supermarket, gas station, restaurants and other shopping are nearby at the Princeville Center.

Activities nearby include beaches for swimming and snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, surfing, windsurfing, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, golf and helicopter tours.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was well-equipped with great amenities that made our time here comfortable and easy. We especially appreciated the quiet, dark master bedroom—it was perfect for restful sleep. The air conditioner and fan kept the room at a comfortable temperature and provided the bonus of soothing white noise. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—we’d definitely come back!

Great Place to Stay on Kauai

While some would say Princeville is a bit remote, the northern side of the island is just beautiful. Lush, great hiking, some great beaches and a lot of the Hawaiian vibe (especially in Hanalei). This condo has a great view of the ocean from the back deck, and it’s amazing to just listen to the waves. There are great deck chairs along the cliffs too just enjoy the ocean from above. Loved the hot tub at night after a good hike. The condo itself is a bit dated, and the kitchen could use a few more items to make it easier to cook, but overall I would stay here again.

Awesome landing pad for our trip!

Spent 10 days celebrating our 25th anniversary on the stunning island of Kauai. This condo was the perfect landing pad for our adventures & beach days. The cliffs are a peaceful & beautiful place to watch the sunset, there is a charming shopping center with grocery store nearby and it is a short drive to get to all the best beaches on the north shore, including Hanalei Bay. The 2 lanais, ac unit and washer/dryer were all appreciated. The ladies at the rental office were super responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful Week on Kauai

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs in Princeville. The property was well maintained as was the condo. The condo was equipped with many amenities. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and towels.

The property was fine. I feel completely deceived from the pictures I saw there was nothing between me and the ocean but upon arriving there was another building between me and the ocean. If I zoom the camera in I can get the picture I chose this place from but that is not an accurate picture, and I was sorely disappointed. I would never have rented this place this far away from the ocean. Other than that everything was fine.

Spacious, convenient and gorgeous location!

The condo was more than enough space for the two of us, and stocked with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, and we enjoyed meals there often. The pool and tennis courts were very well maintained. The Adirondack seating at the edge of the cliffs for mornings or sunsets was beautiful and comfortable. The bed and couch were also very comfortable. The location is lovely.

Great Resort/Needs Work

Beautiful & quiet resort. Loved the location of room. Room was centrally located near parking, front office, pool, gym. Appreciate chairs & umbrella for use. Ice chest great but was too big for our daily trips. New floors & counters but everything else was a bit beat up in 4-207. Shelving missing from medicine cabinets in both bathrooms, tubs chipping real bad, art work missing from walls, dining table bubbling, stained, couch table scraped up all over, screens broken, kitchen faucet sprayer broken, paint touch ups different colors, kitchen cabinets need resealing (water damage). Kauai Vacation Rentals was great & easy to work with.

Property location is nice. However, I would pick a different unit next time. The property manager or the owner obviously does not seem to care. Honestly, it might not be the owner, it might be the property manager. Here are list of things that were unacceptable: 1) Bed sheets smelled like smoke, we washed the sheets ourselves 2) WiFi never worked, we used the WiFi from the unit next door. Thanks to the people next to us. 3) No beach towels, we called and it was delivered late. 4) The remote control on the living room did not work properly and we had to turn on/off tv manually ourselves on the unit. 5) we got a note that unit was going to have pesticide treatment and we should be out of unit for few hours Frankly, all of these things were easy fix, however, it’s just poor service. Note, I hope the owner takes this as friendly advise. The unit is nice, but it is shame the service was poor.

The Cliffs at Princeville

Really enjoyed our stay at The Cliffs. The rental had a great ocean view, loved the layout and had wonderful breezes throughout our stay. The Amenities were excellent (great pool and hot tub, tennis, pickleball) and the whale watching from the cliffside chairs was a treat every sunrise and sunset. The location near all the northern beaches was helpful as well.

Exceeded our expectations! Great way to spend two weeks and Christmas here with our sweet family.

Great location had everything we needed to enjoy !

Concierge was amazing. Condo was nice. Had a great stay. FYI if traveling to and from Hanalei bay tine into Hawaii traffic advisory. The locals helped us figure out best time to leave Princeville to head to the bay! Thank you for sharing your property.

Spacious, clean, convenient, well equipped

We enjoyed our stay at the Cliffs very much. It was very well-equipped with all the kitchen and items you could possibly need. The property seemed very well-managed and safe. There were BBQ's for use in many locations onsite. There was a large pool and excellent fitness area. Even bikes for rental. Watching sunset in chairs on the cliffs became a regular activity accompanied by pina coladas. Definitely good value and convenient for Princeville and Hanalei (when the road is open).

Beautiful space to call home for 9 days!

This condo is absolutely perfect! It's a huge space, beautiful view, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two large lanais. The whole property is stunning. There are also food trucks by the common area most evenings. The condo has beach chairs and a boogie board which we used and enjoyed! We cannot wait to go back to Kauai and I would love to stay at the Cliffs again. Highly recommend.

Exactly as expected

I have stayed on the Cliffs property before, so I knew all the great amenities available. The condo was in great condition and was exactly as described. My only note is for the check-out process. It would be much more convenient to leave the keys either at the condo or the Cliff's reception. It was a bit of hassle​ to drop the keys at Kaui Vacation Rentals office, although it was only about 1 mile from the airport. I would absolutely stay in this unit again.
