The Blue Room is a “hotel style” studio with a private bathroom and covered lanai. Included are a comfy queen bed, wireless, smart t.v., coffee maker and mini fridge. There are no cooking or laundry facilities. Close to restaurants, shops, resorts and beaches. Cool and airy inside (fans but no A/C) with plenty of greenery outside. The perfect getaway for island explorers. After a full day of activities, return to take a soak in the jacuzzi or a dip in the pool. You're just a short drive away from golf, horse-back riding, surf lessons, scuba diving, ziplining, etc. Walk along the Princeville path to see the sunset or visit a resort for a cocktail. Sandpiper was one of the first condominium spilt in Princeville and many locals reside there, working, going to school, etc. guests can experience a real local vibe. That being said, there are units upstairs and on both sides so visitors seeking a tranquil respite would be better off in a private residence.
