"Hands down amazing! Check in was a breeze- quick reply from host with any needs/questions. Fresh remodel is thoughtfully done- great house for a large family or group especially with teens. Movie room was a big hit and the pool/putting green backyard was a blast! Kitchen well stocked, grill was handy. Very comfy beds and linens. Plenty of towels and toiletries. Not a single complaint from this fam! Was so nice to have a garage to park in this heat! Would definitely stay here again and we stayed...

"My family that flew down from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania to celebrate my birthday . We all enjoy the pool an the whole house. We will be renting the property again soon.An the host was great an kind"

"It’s a beautiful property and we loved our stay! I would recommend this to everyone! Very clean and loved that they had Kleenex on hand! The only thing we didn’t notice is after the pool cleaning was done, he left a small note saying don’t swim for 24hrs. It was our last night there and didn’t see this note until after we got out of the pool. Wish the pool cleaner could have held off one day. Otherwise it was perfect! "

"I cannot tell you what a blessing this amazing home was to our family. My son and his fiancé booked the Avalon Legacy Ranch for their wedding on August 23rd. We were able to commute back and forth to the venue which saved us BIG TIME as we had left everything we had purchased in one of the fridges for the charcuterie boards/table. It was a save the day moment!!! I spoke to the owner on a few occasions. Extremely helpful no matter what I needed. The house is beautiful, the land, the pool...

"Perfect family travel home. This home was beautiful and functional. It was clean and in an amazing neighborhood near the lake. We were 5 minutes from all the shopping and restaurants needed for a trip. The host was responsive to our needs. "

"We had a family group of 11 and fit comfortably. House is spacious and the pool was an awesome way to beat the 90 degree heat. Close to Rockwall which has a nice little Farmers Market on Saturday mornings and Charlie's was a great spot for lunch. Smoke Monkey BBQ is close to the house and delicious. Would definitely book again."
