"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! The bed was comfortable. My only complaint is that there was a bit of mold in the corner of the shower."

"Third time staying at this property. First two times we stayed in rooms with 2 queen beds. No problems. This recent visit, stayed in room with sofa bed. Odor coming from carpet near sofa bed (could not figured out what it was). Rooms not cleaned. No replacement towels even though we asked repeatedly. Bathtub faucet not working. "I booked through Expedia, but when I arrived at 18:00, the front desk clerk said he had canceled my reservation because it was past 18:00. He then proceeded to charge me $200 more than what I would have paid through Expedia. I had called the property the day before to inquire about ESA dogs. They said the dogs are not charged, and their website states that ESA dogs stay free, but when you arrive at the property, they charge you for the second dog regardless of what they are. They also told me I...
