Cliffhouse on the Bay is a breathtaking 6,000+ sq ft retreat perched above the water, offering panoramic views, and unforgettable sunsets. It’s the perfect escape in PEC.

Perfect for large extended families or groups of 10–16 guests. Plenty of space so everyone can relax comfortably. It is perfect for group getaways, retreats, and team off-sites looking for space, comfort, and a scenic setting.

If you're adventurous, you can take a hike down to the waterfront. If you have mobility issues, it is not recommended.

**This is a family home and not suitable for "parties". Any unauthorized gatherings will be reported to VRBO and may result in removal without refund.

The home boasts 8 bedrooms, and 5.5 bathrooms. It comfortably accommodates everyone. It is designed for connection without feeling crowded. Multiple living areas across the home. And multiple seating areas outside.

As per county by-laws, the maximum guests/adults (anyone over the age of 10) is 16.

Apart from the primary bedroom, which has 1 king bed and 2 single beds, all the remaining bedrooms have queen-size beds.

UPPER FLOOR:

The upper floor features 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, with spectacular views of the Bay of Quinte.

MAIN FLOOR:

The main floor includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a powder room.

The spacious primary bedroom has a king-size bed and a pull-out bed suitable for children. It also has a private 4-piece ensuite with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom on the main floor has 2 queen beds, with a four-piece bathroom located adjacent to the room. The third bedroom has 1 queen bed and its own 4-piece ensuite.

The house features a chef’s dream kitchen, complete with a 4-foot cooktop with 6 burners and a 9-foot island where everyone can gather and join in the action. The kitchen and dining area comfortably seat 16–18 people. Enjoy mesmerizing views of the Bay from anywhere in the kitchen, living room, or dining room.

The kitchen, dining area, family room, games room, and sitting room are all located on the main floor, making them easily accessible for guests with mobility concerns. The games room is stocked with a variety of activities, perfect for entertaining on rainy days. This level is ideal for gathering, dining, and relaxing without needing to use stairs.

WALK-OUT LOWER LEVEL:

The walkout lower level offers stunning panoramic views of the Bay. It features 3 bedrooms sharing 1 full bathroom, including a bedroom with 2 queen beds—ideal for families. This level also has a second family room with a pool table, perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

There are lots of seating areas outside, as well as tables to enjoy your meals outdoors. There is parking for at least 8 cars.

YOGA RETREAT: The home would be ideal for a yoga retreat. We could accommodate 8-9 participants. Please contact us for details.

WORK TEAM BONDING EVENTS:
The home has had lots of success with team retreats and bonding events. Host your work group, enjoy meals prepared by a private chef or catered in, and spend your days working or collaborating. In the evenings, unwind together, relax, or enjoy a friendly match of ping-pong in the games room.

PATH TO WATERFRONT:
Our home sits on a steep hill with access to the waterfront via approximately 200 steps and a hiking trail. Some areas may be slippery, and this path is not easily accessible for guests with mobility concerns. If you choose to go down, it is at your own risk, and we cannot be held liable for injuries. We recommend exercising caution and being prepared for a workout on the way back up.
