Clean, newer property. Only complaint was that there was pools of water from the pool to the elevator. Which is probably every hotel with a pool lol.

This was my first time at this hotel after it was recommended by a co-worker. I did not get to try out the pool or breakfast but the bed sure was comfortable and clean!

The beds were actually amazing, and the room was quiet. The whole point of our trip was to stay in a hotel with a pool. The pool was empty of water, and the jets in the hot tub were broken. Unsupervised kids were doing cannonballs into it hurting me and my daughter forcing us to leave. I called the front desk for a bottle opener, and they told me to come get it. So i get dressed, and go down to see the staff standing around doing nothing. For $300/ night the VERY LEAST they could do was too much.

Best place to stay when in Prince Albert
This hotel is safe, clean and quiet stay when in Prince Albert. Though the most expensive hotel in the city, I highly recommend. Good accomodations and great breakfast available.

Unfortunately the past two times I stayed at this location the hot-tub was out of service and this information was not shared with me upon check in so I showed up in the pool area ready for a soak and was disappointed. This past stay, I called ahead to avoid the embarrassment of walking out of the pool area completely dry. I basically looked like I was trying to walk around the hotel in a swimsuit with no intention of going in water

Much to my surprise, this property takes a $100 deposit when you check in, which they will not return until they inspect your room after you check out. They would not let us check out until they went up to check the room. That took about 15 to 20 mins which made me late for my first meeting of the day. On top of that, he couldn't or wouldn't refund us the $100 on site. First he said he didn't need our credit card, then said he did need it to refund the money. We gave them to him, but he still couldn't figure out what to do, so we told him we had to go. He finally said he could do it without our credit card. It took about 30 hours, but it did go through. I've never been prevented from checking out of a hotel until someone inspected my room before. At the least, they should tell people that when they check in, so they can allow for that time on check out. The hotel itself is clean, very comfortable beds and the staff are nice. The whole "security deposit" thing was weird though.

Overall a nice place if you get in and book ahead… beautiful King room and at a really great price. Pool and hot tub look well maintained and lounge area seemed nice enough to sit for a cocktail !

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean large rooms. Great to also have breakfast included in the morning. Kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would recommend. Thank you 😀

The property is very new so everything was in great shape. The breakfast was very good. One sad thing was people waiting outside asking for breakfast food in the morning. We didn’t feel intimidated but it is sad that people feel the need to beg.
