Once upon a time Primošten was an island connected to the mainland by a wooden bridge. Since, the gap was filled and Primošten today is a lovely quiet peninsula offering refuge from busier tourist destinations. It is an ideal place to relax, unwind, wander the streets, sitin the café while enjoying the sunset and also a great starting point to visit the nearby islands, Šibenik and UNESCO proclaimed Old Town Trogir.
