Two modern design villas in an exposed hillside location above Primošten: Villa West and Villa South are situated directly next to each other in the Primošten Hills and are rented together as a single booking. From the elevated position, you enjoy a wide panoramic view over the Primošten peninsula and the open Adriatic – situated quietly and privately, yet only a few minutes' walk from the beach and town centre.



With this booking, you reserve both villas together – the total number of guests is divided between the two adjacent villas.



Villa West: up to 8 guests

Villa South: up to 10 guests

Together up to 18 guests, in two directly neighbouring villas



The Primošten Hills are among the most sought-after new residential areas in the region: an up-and-coming, exclusive new development district above the old town, with unobstructed views of the sea and the characteristic peninsula with its church. The pebble beach and town centre of Primošten are approximately 800–900 m away. This combination is particularly suitable for two families or larger groups of friends travelling together, but each wanting their own private retreat with their own privacy.



Booking note: This description applies to both villas together. Villa West and Villa South are booked next to each other as one package; the number of people is distributed accordingly between the two houses (max. 8 people in Villa West, max. 10 people in Villa South).
