"This home was perfect for our family of 8. We loved the happy yellow 🌻 and the crib in the closet 👶😴. The home had more than enough space for us all to sleep and had a nice variety of activities to choose from—video games, playground, swing, hot tub, fire pit, books, etc. With a convenient grocery store close by, we had everything we needed. Bethany was a very responsive and gracious host. We are already looking to book here again in the future!"

"This is fairly nice place to stay. We liked the location, the amount of space and it was generally nice. However, we felt like price we paid was a bit premium for the lackluster service provided by vacasa. For example, we were only provided 2 dishwasher packs for 5 days and were told vacasa is not a hotel by their service and we had to buy our own. We also informed vacasa of a slow leak from the top shower down into the bunk room and they told us to simply put a towel in the bunk room before it...

"The house was spacious, had many amenities, and was updated/remodeled recently. It was in great condition and overall was clean."

"Two of my boys and I spent a long weekend at this property and we are all so impressed by the location, large lawn and overall privacy. Had such a great time and my kids enjoyed frisbee on the lawn (which is huge!) as well as time in the lake. The property is the last house on a dead end street which had a big WOW! effect upon entering. Highly recommend."

"My wife and I had such an unexpectedly wonderful stay at RMGH. Susan and Tom have created an oasis that truly was one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed at. We have travelled to a variety of destinations both in North America and abroad, but rarely have we encountered such loving details and finer touches. Susan and Tom really know how to create a special atmosphere. When we arrived we were very hungry and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious charcuterie, and ice cold beer in the fridge....

"This property met, but did not exceed our expectations. Location was great, walkable to downtown and stores. The two upstairs bedrooms did not have doors which limited privacy. Beds, bedding, and furnishings were all basic but suited our needs."

"The house had everything you could want for a nice, quiet stay in the mountains. The owners were very responsive to any request (which was only for butter to cook eggs!), and even provided us with snacks and wine for our first day! It was a big house with lots of room. Although close to owner's house, felt very private. Enjoyed seeing the sheep and Max every day. We would highly recommend staying with Mark and Victoria."

"Wish we would’ve checked in early and that the cleaners weren’t still there when we arrived (until 5:15) however those minor hiccups were quickly forgotten because the home, the property and the overall experience were nothing short of wonderful! The house is stocked with top notch decor and essentials. They spared no cost at covering every detail! A++++"

"It was fantastic, quiet and private. Unfortunately we didn't spend lot of time at the house due to soccer but it had everything we needed. As a dad, I cherished the opportunity to drink coffee on the deck each morning and watch the sunrise over Hayden lake. It is an opportunity rarely given and I wish for more of it. "We needed an extended stay for our unique situation and Joe and Joshua were the best hosts! The house is comfy and well proportioned even for a family of five with pets. All the amenities were there for a longer stay, and the location is perfect for a short commute to CdA. The backyard is lovely and serene and there was plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and even our storage trailer and boat! We are so grateful to have found this place and the wonderful accommodating hosts!"

"This vacation home is so amazing. It is rustic, yet modern and luxurious and completely comfortable, cozy, enchanting and charming, as well as super spacious. It is only 15 minutes from Sandpoint, but much better than actually staying in Sandpoint, because it is in the forested hills by Cocolalla Lake, close to Round Lake State Park and Sandpoint, as well as a short drive to Schweitzer Mountain ski resort. The home is beautifully decorated, with all the modern conveniences and spectacular views...

"The house was amazing with the beautiful decks and the large dock our grandkids had so much fun on the paddle boards and kayak fishing off the dock the amenities inside the house are great fully stocked kitchen ready to go overall was an amazing trip. "The chalet was perfect for a ski vacation. Very short distance to the free shuttle that took us up the mountain. The host was quick to reply when we had a problem with the coffee maker and she immediately brought a new one only after we figured out our error with the coffee maker. Would highly recommend this property for anybody that wanted to have a great time."
