Heritage Villa HEAVEN No. 1 near Trogir, heated pool

Only 25 min from Trogir center, this 100 years old full equipped Villa Heaven No.1 has 330 m2 with HEATED pool ( 9m x 4,5m) can accommodate up to 14 people. It was renovated in heritage style in 2015. Situated in idyllic village environment, in olive plot with child playground and sports terrains . Guests can enjoy Summer heat and relax on our outdoor swimming pool with deck chairs for sun bathing . Great for families with kids and pets or large group of friends in search for privacy in natural environment. Ideal for those guests who want to have joint vacation with friends or family, but still to have their own private, isolated area, in Villa.

Heritage stone built and decorated , stone-wood designed interior, Villa Heaven 1 (capacity 14 guests), is placed in beautiful village area, just on the edge of the village Bogdanovići, 20 min drive from Trogir and offers lots of privacy, mind & body relaxed vacation in natural, tranquil environment.

Villa is divided in 3 separate parts and has 3 floors. 1st part consists of common places ( kitchen , living room + konoba , 3 bedroms + 2 bathrooms. 2nd part consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . 3rd part consists of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

Plot has 3000m2, with large 9,5x4m heated pool and 150m2 large sun terrace, multisports terrain and childs playground.

Villa has three floors. Ground floor has large kitchen & living room plus 60 m2 large 2nd living room (heritage konoba) with stone/wood material interior. Billiard table, wood seating furniture, large TV and audio system and eating table are offering great place for all day/night fun party for guests in our Konoba.

There is a bathroom too on this floor. BBQ (wood and large seating furniture set offers a great outside spot for meal preparing/eating place in front of this floor and just next to swimming pool.
On floor, there are 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms . On floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms . Parts of Villa have air conditioned rooms.

All parts of Villa are not connected with inner stairs , so all guests have their own private space in Villa but stil can enjoy together in common spaces .

Large swimming pool , sun terrace and garden will make your vacation mind and body relaxing.
Villa is not only perfect for families with kids, with its multi sports terrain and child’s playground, but also for a groups of friends who want to have active vacation, with bikes , long walk tours or just , outside running activity. No need for gym equipment in Villa, because, it’s outside area is just ideal one for active vacation. We do offer and sell local products (vine, vegs, olive oil ...) and our, daily based, offer of cooked local specialties, prepared and delivered to our guests. Lots of fruits on the plot , offer a great , natural source for our guests, daily based preparation of juices , fruit based cakes or breakfast’s, free of charge.

Villa and its large plot with heated swimming pool and sun terraces offer to our guests unique experience of Dalmatian hinterland - Dalmatian Zagora. Guests can swim in pool with water temperature of +25 Celsius from early April till late October. Placed only 30 min from Split , Šibenik , Krka river national park, oportunity for daily trips and excursions for our guests. But still , after city rush, crowded streets and beaches they can run away from it , in a mind and body relaxing area and natural village environment .

Villa offers all that guests need for nice , calm and very private vacation in village environment of middle Dalmatia . All cities in middle Dalmatia are in 30 to 60 min drive so you can see all of them during the day rush and still have your own private place for relaxation with family and friends by the large pool.
On the plot there are badminton, volleyball court , table tennis and childs playground. Pets and children are welcome. Bikes for our guests are available too.
