The Dunes is a cosy and relaxed studio retreat perfectly positioned just a two-minute walk from the sands of Prevelly Beach. Located as close as you can get to the ocean, this private hideaway is ideal for couples or solo travellers looking to enjoy a simple and comfortable coastal escape.
Tucked away behind the main house, the studio feels peaceful and secluded while still being moments from everything Prevelly has to offer. Many guests choose The Dunes as a quiet escape on their own, making it the perfect place to slow down, recharge and enjoy the coastline at your own pace. Spend your days at the beach, stroll to nearby cafes like The White Elephant, or explore the famous Margaret River Main Break just minutes away. With the town centre only a short 10-minute drive, The Dunes is perfectly placed for both relaxation and adventure.

The Space
This one-bedroom, one-bathroom studio features an open plan living and sleeping layout designed for simplicity and comfort. The studio features a queen bed within the open plan space.
The seating area includes a Smart TV, creating a comfortable spot to relax after a day out. The kitchenette is well equipped for light meals, offering a portable stovetop, microwave and coffee machine, perfect for slow mornings before heading out to explore.
The recently renovated bathroom includes a shower and toilet, finished with a fresh and modern feel. While compact, the studio is thoughtfully set up to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private outdoor seating area with a BBQ, ideal for relaxed evenings after a day at the beach. There is also one parking space available on the driveway for convenience.

Cleaning Fee: While we charge a cleaning fee, we still expect our guests to leave the house in a neat & tidy condition on departure and follow our check-out instructions including washing all dishes and removing rubbish to outside bins etc.
