"Good place to stay in Valencienne. In fact, this is an appart-hotel and you need to keep the kitchen clean by yourself. The reception is not the most kind in the world, but they are efficient. The rooms are very new, clean and quiet. The hotel is a little far from the city center, but at side of Le Phenix center, and you can go to the center walking some minutes. In front of the hotel is a supermarket were you can buy anything you want for your meals. It is 10 minutos away from the train station...

"Our stay was amazing! The hotel was exactly what we where looking for. Oscar was also amazing. He helped us with locating a pharmacy late in the night, reserved a wonderful restaurant dinner for us, helped me find a ATM and provided some information around the hotel and the town. He is a big asset to your hotel. We hope to be back in the near future for another stay. "

"Wir haben das Appartement als Zwischenstopp genutzt. Es war alles wunderbar: man konnte mit Code jederzeit einchecken, die Parkplätze befanden sich im Hinterhof und unser 5 Personen Appartement lag direkt im Erdgeschoss. Hier und da wurde beim Handwerken improvisiert, aber das fiel nicht weiter ins Gewicht. Die Wellness-Einheit haben wir weder ausprobiert, noch besichtigt. Einen Kaffeetab und Kaffeepulver gab es auch. Prima Preis-Leistung. Wir würden wiederkommen. "

"Sceptical when I heard "Manoir" was expecting something old. It is up to date, clean, very spacious. The free parking was a must because we got there by car. Early check-in I think it was at 10 am but was ok for us because we where going to Brussels for a day. We enjoyed the pool which was a Must. Overall we liked our stay there even though it was just for a night."

"Wij zaten in de kamer ‘etang’. Alles was netjes verzorgd. Het was heel erg warm buiten, de dagen dat wij er waren, maar binnen was het heerlijk koel en bleef het ook koel. Verder heb je een gigantische tuin tot je beschikking met grote bomen die zorgen voor de nodige verkoeling en met een mooi uitzicht op de grazende paarden. Al met al echt een aanrader!"

"Muito baixo nível. Mesmo p uma estrela. Já me hospedei em um hotel premiere classe próximo a Geneva e foi excelente. Esse não tem o mesmo nível mas ambos são 1 estrela. Me pergunto por quê? Agora já não me sinto confortável em dormi em um hotel primeira classe de novo. Que pena. Perdi a confiança."
