"Communication and check in was amazing. The house is super cute and definitely homey. The fenced back yard is AMAZING! My dog had so much fun sprinting back and forth and running like a mad man. He loves to jump the fence at home (we only have 3 ft fences) so I was a little leary, but he couldn't jump these. The grill on the back porch was very convenient as well. "

"This house was perfect for our trip. We had plenty of room for all of the kids and adults (eleven in all). The pack and play was a nice extra for the baby in the group. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, which is very nice. The neighborhood is calm and quiet."

"I used the Guide House for a personal retreat, and it was perfect for what I needed. Space to rest, relax, and read, and a kitchen to cook for myself. It was in a great location too, so it was a quick trip to the grocery store, to get what I needed.Benny communicated all the details I needed, and reminded me of checkout procedures the night before.I'd definitely come here again!"

"We did not actually get to stay here, but I wanted to review the host! I booked this house because we were driving home from Salt Lake City to Dallas. I had specifically made my GPS app take me through Wichita because I did not want to drive through New Mexico. I feel like it's too secluded and it was just me and my boys, so I wanted to be extra careful.
