We do provide a 24 hour phone number in the apartment and we would've been more than happy to come assist. Hi Fadzai,Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback, it is very much appreciated.I have checked the CCTV for this day and there were no reports of disruptions as the hotel was quite empty on that particular day so I am unsure where this noise was coming from and can only apologise. We received a noise complaint from the opposite end of the corridor in regards to your room, we knocked on the door and as the door was open we pushed the open apartment door and asked if someone had already spoken to you in regards to the noise complaint and politely asked to you to turn the TV down. We do not tolerate any guests swearing at staff or using aggressive behaviour in any circumstances and unfortunately this is what we were met with on this occasion following the complaint from other guests.
