"The only issue we’ve experienced about our stay was the cleanliness issues. The whole place could do with a deep deep clean and small touch ups. I believe no matter how much money you pay, you should be able to stay in a clean environment. Apart from the cleanliness, our stay was great. The staff was great and helpful. "I previously messaged them as I booked adina hotel but they got us to stop in the Galloway instead. Which was strange. Me and my children caught bed bug bites that’s how dirty this place was we are all covered still. I didn’t agree with sharing a bathroom and shower with other customers. The bathroom was filthy! Stay well clear from these places, if you are staying in Blackpool go elsewhere!"
