Good location for Storyhouse, Market and city centre bars and restaurants. Very poor soundproofing. Road traffic noise loud from bedrooms. Would recommend ear plugs. Shower in second floor bedroom seemed to be stuck on very hot setting and was unusable. Also requested late checkout a few days before check in. Was told could be confirmed on day of...

"This was a great base for a weekend break in Chester with friends. A really peaceful location that's in easy walking distance of the city centre. The property was very clean, tidy and equipped with everything we needed. Everyone appreciated the spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, towels, complimentary toiletries and hairdryer.
