"Spotless room, almost everything was tickety boo. Except the TV in my room (138) was not receiving any signal and, thus, I was unable to watch anything on the night I was a guest there. The fault was reported to the front desk, but it was too late in the day for anyone from maintenance to fix the issue for me during my stay. "Clean room and well furnished"

"I found the hotel perfect for a short stay in Torquay. Only a 10 minute walk to the seafront and free parking just outside the entrance. I had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning with some extra treats. Really friendly place and I'm going back there in the summer. I'm using the hotel as a base to meet my friends who return to Torquay twice a year."

"Staff were welcoming and attended to all our needs. Throughout our stay my disabilities were considered and catered for. Thorough emergency planning also. Breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was well stocked, variety of choices for everyone including our dietary requirements. Requests for extra bedding due to disability catered for. Room was clean and well furnished.
