"We were a group of 5 in Erie for my daughter’s college graduation and the house was perfect for our stay. The bedrooms are large and there are two bathrooms- one upstairs that is tub only and a large bathroom on the main level with tub and shower. But the lake views are truly the highlight! "It was cold early April. At night around 29 degrees, but up to 65 in the sunny afternoon. We were two couples and a dad with an 11 year old, which was an awkward fit for the space. The 11 year old was very happy with the small porch room with the day bed. The 56 year old dad tolerated the small upstairs room that was the gateway to the huge attic bedroom, where I and my partner slept. "This house was perfect for our stay in Erie. Gathering for my parent's memorial service, we needed multiple houses in Erie to help accommodate our family and Janelle's properties were ideal. Not only was this house located with a beautiful view of Lake Erie, but it had an open floor plan that was perfect for our traveling guests. "We had a great stay. The location of the house was perfect for the little bit of sightseeing we got to do in between our music concerts.
