The Space:

Relax and recharge in a one-of-a-kind Prescott setting surrounded by the dramatic boulders and mountain scenery of the Granite Dells. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom home combines comfortable indoor spaces with a private hot tub, gas fire pit, covered deck, and multiple outdoor seating areas.



Sleeping arrangements:



Primary bedroom: King-size bed

Second bedroom: Queen-size bed

Third bedroom: King-size bed



Living area: Settle into the comfortable living room with a smart TV and inviting fireplace. Complimentary Wi-Fi, books, ceiling fans, a yoga mat, and a closet filled with indoor and outdoor games offer plenty of options for relaxing at home.



Kitchen and dining: The well-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, Vitamix blender, drip and Keurig coffee makers, toaster, Instant Pot, bread maker, electric skillet, hand mixer, cookware, utensils, dishes, spices, cooking basics, and filtered water.



Bathrooms: Three bathrooms give guests plenty of space and privacy. The primary suite includes a private jetted soaking tub for relaxing after a hike or day downtown. Towels, toiletries, hair dryers, makeup towels, beach towels, two robes, and two outdoor ponchos are provided.



Outdoor space: Enjoy the private hot tub, gas fire pit, gas grill, and several seating areas nestled among the boulders. The covered deck includes an outdoor dining table for six, creating a memorable setting for morning coffee, shared meals, and evenings beneath the stars.



Additional comforts: Central heating and air conditioning, keyless entry, a washer and dryer, laundry detergent, an iron and ironing board, and laptop-friendly spaces are provided.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire home and its amenities, including all three bedrooms and bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, laundry, covered deck, hot tub, fire pit, and outdoor gathering spaces.



Parking is available for up to four vehicles, with space for two in the garage and two in the driveway. Stairs are required to enter and navigate the property.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located among the striking granite formations and mountain scenery of Prescott’s Granite Dells. Nearby trails and outdoor recreation make it an excellent base for hiking and sightseeing, while downtown Prescott, the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, restaurants, and shops are a convenient drive away.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is recommended for reaching the home and exploring the Prescott area. Garage and driveway parking are provided for up to four vehicles. Guests should use additional care on local roads during snow, ice, heavy rain, or other seasonal weather.



Other Things to Note:

No pets are permitted at this property. Parties, events, smoking, and large gatherings are also prohibited. The booking guest must be at least 25 years old, and photo identification may be requested.



Stairs are required to access the property, so the home may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.



For guest safety, an exterior Ring doorbell camera faces the front entrance. It does not view any interior spaces and records video when motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed.



Please follow all posted instructions when using the hot tub, gas fire pit, fireplace, and grill.
