The desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately the housekeeping staff needs guidance and oversight.
We arrived the hall smelled of skunk. Inside we found the kitchenette sink clogged and gross. We were going to call the front desk, but the phone was so filthy we went down in person.
The ice bucket had grime on it. Sheets dirty, lamp dark with dust and dirt and the shower rod looked like it had never been cleaned. ]
We checked out one-day early because we couldn't stand it. The front desk clerk had the assistant manager, Theresa call me. Theresa authorized a refund through Expedia.
