Another wonderful stay at this amazing property in beautiful Prescott. I believe this is the 6th time we’ve rented this property because of all it has to offer for our large family. From littles to the grandparents, this cabin has something for everyone. It seems so secluded and far away yet it’s just a short 5-10 minute drive into the heart of Prescott with a grocery store conveniently located just in case! Rhonda is a wonderful host and is quick at responding to anything we’ve needed over the years. Cooking - grilling - cards - shuffleboard - pool - relaxing by the multiple fireplaces - hiking the property - hanging in the hot tub - volleyball in the indoor court - or just sitting in the large living room talking — this place has it all! Thanks for another great trip. We’ll be back next year!

Great family retreat

We were blown away by all of the games and activities. In fact our family of 12 organized a six event tournament on our last night there. This is a massive property to maintain, and there are a few areas that need attention, but that did not diminish our experience or the quality of our stay.

Memorial Day weekend

We recently stayed at this cabin with a group of 16 adults, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The space was more than spacious enough for everyone to feel comfortable, and there was plenty of room to hang out together. If you’re looking for a place for family or group gatherings, this is the spot.The cabin itself was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. The outdoor areas were perfect for soaking up the beautiful Prescott weather, and there was ample space for everyone to spread out and enjoy. One of the highlights was the two-player full-size arcade basketball game in the garage – a lot of fun for everyone. Plus, the racquetball court was a huge hit! It truly added a unique and fun element to our stay.Rhonda, our host, was wonderful – very responsive and made the whole booking and stay seamless.We can’t recommend this place enough! Whether you’re looking to connect with family, enjoy outdoor activities, or just relax in comfort, this cabin has it all.

The Fun Cabin - A Must Stay!

This is the 5th time we’ve rented this cabin. It feels so secluded yet it’s a short drive to the grocery store and Whiskey Row. This place is incredible for groups with a wide range of interests and all ages. Our group ranged from 11 to 70, and there’s so much to do for everyone. If you’re looking for a place that bridges the generational gap, this is it! The exceptional game room brings everyone together and everyone will love the shuffleboard, foosball, pool table, and even an indoor court! The kitchen is the most well-appointed kitchen with everything you could need to entertain a large group. The outdoor spaces are incredibly peaceful. We saw a lot of wildlife including javelina and deer. The host is fantastic to work with and has always addressed any concerns or questions we’ve had. We’re thankful to the hosts for this property as so many memories have been made. We hope to return again and again to make many more memories. Thank you for everything - another excellent stay!!

Many great spaces for family activities plus a cornucopia of things for kids to do.

Our second stay here and our group of 18 including 8 children had the time of our lives again. There were so many comfy places to gather for different activities: TV in the family room, card games in the dining room and formal dining room, conversations on the many couces in the enormous living room, a marshmallow roast in the firepit outside, and on and on. The bedrooms give us plenty of options for all the different families. The kitchen had everything we needed to spend hours baking and cooking with top-of-the-line kitchenware. The younger kids loved the indoor racquetball court or the "screaming room" as they call it because of the astounding acoustics. This is a wonderful location and our hosts responded quickly when I had a couple of questions during our stay. This is a VRBO not to be missed.

Older home-room for a big group

This cabin in the woods was big enough to fit our group of 13 adults comfortably. We had a great time. PROs: Great location, close to downtown, big covered deck, big backyard and kitchen, amazing game room with shuffleboard, pool, indoor racquetball court and more. Plenty of space for everyone. Owner was good with communication. CONS: cabin is outdated and many things need attention. Hot tub not working. In the master bedroom there are no curtains so when the sun comes up, you’re up. The home is very lived in and feels like a church retreat with religious decorations every where you look. This home has a lot of personal items throughout the house. The carpet and through Out the house and some outdoor furniture needs a lot of TLC. All in all, this house was fine for our needs. If your group isn’t picky about a house being modern, this is the place for you. We had a great time.

Great family getaway

Family gathering for memorial

The property is huge and has so many fun features. It’s very comfortable for a large family gathering. We had fewer people than expected so parking was not an issue. We had several family members trip over protruding deck screws. Several people refused to go out on the back deck due to concerned about safety. It does need maintenance. However, there were no major problems. The owner was notified of the family members concerns. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable.

A Perfect Stay

All were to perfection—clean, spacious, plenty of outdoor space for kids to play on. The Only change I could think of is the Microwave, which takes too long to heat up, even with the high power.

so much to do for everyone

It's a great place for a large group of all ages. We spent our family Christmas. The home is a little out dated and the kitchen utensils were really old and in unkept condition. Under the beds still had items from the people before, and the home is very personal to the home owners with family pictures in every room. The contract stated if we left the property in a clean and orderly condition we would receive a refund to our cleaning, however the homeowners have not responded to our email inquiring about this. The entire stay was great and there are amazing amenities for this house to keep everyone entertained the entire time of the stay.

Best Property in Prescott

Our annual trip was successful again thanks to Rhonda and her team. Incredible property that feels so remote yet is just a short drive to the grocery store and Whiskey Row. We’ve stayed at this properly a handful of times now and plan on continuing our tradition. The house is great for all ages. Rhonda is very responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend!! Family birthday get together

We had a great time at the cabin for a family birthday celebration. Our group ranged in age from 3-70+ and we all had a great weekend. There's no shortage of things to do, we played lots of games, pool, badminton, volleyball, and a great kickball game in the yard, it had it all. We had a family of javelinas come for a morning visit in the back yard as well. The cabin is really family friendly, tons of fun stuff to explore and do. You can't get bored at this place! We can't wait to go back again. Rhonda was a great host, very responsive throughout the entire process. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

All the amenities of a cruise ship, but no crowds!

We're a large family that like to get together at least once a year. We've done cruises out but some in our group don't like the crowds. So this year we visited this beautiful cabin near downtown Prescott for the weekend. Now we think that this Mountain Club enormous cabin in the woods has all of the amenities of a cruise ship without the crowds. The jacuzzi was large and in use almost all the time. And we had it all to ourselves. The dry sauna was a great surprise that I had somehow missed during our planning. It worked flawlessly and again, we had it all to ourselves. Everyone had fun with the foosball, pool, and shuffleboard table in the game room. The two-player full-size arcade basketball game in the garage was fun. And the racquetball/pickleball/wallyball court was truly amazing. That's an experience nobody will forget! One morning we gathered on the porch overlooking the lawn and watched a family of three deer nipping at the grass. We later saw 8 javelina in the yard. These were idyllic moments my 8 grandchildren will treasure! Everything in the house is high quality, especially the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and tableware. I would strongly recommend staying here for any large group that wants their guests to feel special and pampered.

This is the coolest house I've ever been to! Pictures do not do it justice at all!!! It's got everything you can think of! It was made for fun families!
