A vehicle is necessary for reaching the home and exploring Prescott. Because this is a mountain property, guests should expect winding and occasionally dark roads, particularly when arriving at night. Seasonal rain, snow, or ice may affect road conditions, so checking the forecast and planning an appropriate vehicle is recommended.
