"All staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. I’ll be totally honest. Maybe I got a one off room, but I’m not dismissing the possibility that this is just the standard here. The non smoking room I stayed in was in rough condition. It smelled strongly of cigarettes from the moment I walked in, likely from people smoking right outside near the balcony and AC units. There were stains on the walls and shower curtain, crumbs on the floor, baseboards covered in buildup, trim nails sticking up...

"We enjoyed our stay at heaven on earth. It is a larger property with multiple structures for guests to stay. Quiet and great setting in the Granite Dells. Happy and Free made it easy. "

"The kitchen could have had more utensils and the stove light under the microwave was burned out, yet the house was very nice for a 2 person stay. The host returned my emails in a timely manner."

"The room was clean and our check in was easy. Front desk was staffed throughout the day and evening. There's a small dog area in back of the hotel. Breakfast was okay with mostly highly processed foods. The coffee was good."

However, after booking the host messages with additional 35 per pet after the fact that is not mentioned in the original posting or cost. Master bedroom desperately needs a new matress and some hooks in the bathroom for towels would be useful."
