"We loved our family weekend at the house. Everything was just as advertised. All amenities were stocked. Clean. Easy to check in. Communicative host. We had a great time! I even asked for a new refrigerator because I had seen some other reviews that it had 2 smaller ones.the host bought a new regular size fridge and it was there when we arrived. Thank you!!"

"Great communication by owner and property manager. The photos don't do the spaces justice! Fantastic set up for groups. We rented all 4 suites and everyone was ecstatic to have the big community spaces, but still have the privacy in the bedrooms. Wish we would have checked in early to useall the amenities that were available. We came in late on the first evening, but will make sure next time we come as early as possible."

"Super convenient location- near the community hockey rink but also grocery store, restaurants and Kwik trip, plus 30min from Woodbury, MN with lots of other options. Home is clean and well equipped, although the kitchen, bathroom and 2 of the 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor, up a steep set of stairs. Laundry available with washer, dryer and detergent available. Neighborhood seems safe, lots of apartments and multifamily homes. Owner very responsive. Would stay again!"

"We really enjoyed our stay and this was the perfect home base for our hiking visits to Willow River State Park (beautiful waterfalls!), Interstate State Park, and Afton State Park (river/beach area, forest, and prairie!). On the cold and rainy day we checked out the Falcon Center gym at UW River Falls and their climbing wall... great gym and super inexpensive for a day pass. Had a great meal at Lily Thai restaurant, delicious. This VRBO is conveniently located with parking in the driveway,...

"This house is perfect for a River Falls stay! The home was clean, well appointed, and the host was a great communicator. A special treat included the ability to watch baseball while playing board games as a family in the finished basement. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location for dining and exploring the area. We definitely recommend!"
