Superb villa with panoramic view over Lake Maggiore

So join us in our peaceful relax in the cosy hilly village of Pollino. Located a 15-minute drive from Intra, 60-mins from the Swiss border, Pollino is one of Verbania’s most charming villages.
the area has everything you’ll need. Skiing in winter, sunbathing in summer and hiking and cycling year-round, Pollino has it all.
The house itself is above the village proper, out of sight but only 5 minutes walk away. It’s equipped with two bedrooms (both with king-sized beds),a brand-new bathroom, kitchen and living room with fireplace.
Floor-to-ceiling glass windows bathe the living room in natural light through the year, whilst the main bedroom has blackout blinds.
There is access to private parking in front of the house entrance. The house has Wi-Fi and a satellite TV but we actually find it a great place for a digital detox.
With snow covered Swiss peaks to the North, a distant Milan in the South and the entire lake stretching before your eyes, it’s hard to overstate the vista.
