The villa is modernly equipped with air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, baby cot on request and parking for two vehicles. Pets are welcome upon request (up to 10 kg). Bed linen and towels are provided.



The location in a quiet, central residential area offers short distances to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and public transport. The gravel beach is just a few steps away.
