A bright living space opens onto the terrace through a bay window, and parking is available on the fenced property. Three bedrooms and five beds, Wi-Fi and cable internet access, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest cottage for socializing and enjoying the surrounding entertainment and festivals.
Meals are available in individual jars (€8) and desserts (€4) for on-site dining (choices available before arrival, payment on site).
Bar-restaurant and bread vending machine are located in the village of Ampoigné, 2 km away. All shops and services are located in Craon (9.6 km) and Château-Gontier (11 km).

Privacy is limited by opaque windows on the north facade and plants. The cottage is spread over two levels, facing south.
