The ideal location for outdoor enthusiasts at any time of the year, this rustic retreat is quietly located in the village of Verrand and enjoys a private garden with outside dining.

The property is arranged over one floor and features a practical terracotta tiled floor throughout with traditional wooden fixtures and furnishings. The open-plan living area opens onto the garden and incorporates a country-style kitchen fitted with; a cooker hob, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge freezer. Guests will also find a dining table, a flatscreen HDTV and a comfortable sofa bed.

The apartment is nestled at the foot of Mont Blanc, in the village of Verrand within the Courmayeur municipality in northwestern Italy. The Courmayeur Mont Blanc cable car is a 5-minute drive / 20-minute walk away. The ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts, the resort offers a wide range of slopes suitable for all levels. Courmayeur is famous for its off-piste opportunities, particularly in the Vallée Blanche.
In the summer, the area is a haven for hikers, bikers and mountaineers with trails ranging from easy walks to challenging climbs and several mountain biking trails.
Visitors will also find the scenic Golf Club Courmayeur et Grandes Jorasses a 17-minute drive away and the thermal baths in Pré-Saint-Didier (a 9-minute drive) offer a relaxing experience with scenic alpine views. Guests will also find opportunities for rafting here.
