This 70m² ground floor flat (3 star), located in an old farmhouse, is ideal for family holidays. It is located only 1km from the Espace Diamant slopes!
It can accommodate up to 6 people and consists of a living room with a pellet stove (pellets not supplied), a dining area for 6 guests, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms (one with toilet) and a separate toilet and a 90m² outdoor area.
- Beds made on arrival, cleaning done, linen provided, welcome basket. Wifi included.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- Living area with sofa, hanging chair, TV and a pellet stove (pellets not provided) overlooking the bay windows and access to the outside.
- Dining area with a table for 6 people.
- Fully equipped kitchen with bar table for 4 people: fridge, dishwasher, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine.
- Master bedroom with double bed 160 x 200 cm, storage space, TV and private bathroom with shower, towel and washbasin.
- Secondary bedroom: bunk beds (90 x 190cm).
- Third bedroom: double bed (160 x 200cm) with storage.
- Shower room with shower, washbasin, towel dryer and toilet.
- Separate wc.

Outside :
- This chalet is composed of a fenced and grassed exterior of about 90 m², with a terrace and garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- Two numbered outdoor parking spaces are available and allow direct access to the entrance.

- Praz sur Arly town centre with its numerous shops at 1.5 km : Bars, Restaurants, Food, Sports shops / Ski rental, Tobacco / Press, , Bakeries, Medical centre, Pharmacy...

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available on the Diamant ski area with 170 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover the Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!

In summer, you can discover the hiking trails, take advantage of the beach at the Flumet lake for a swim, go on a trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. New swimming lake : aqualudic course, floating games, accrobranche, tyrolienne... Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh local produce directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon!

Transport :
- Shuttles are available to the village and other surrounding villages
- Taxi in Flumet and Bus station in Megève.
- The best solution for a greater autonomy remains the private car (personal or rental).
