This 140 m² south-facing chalet is ideal for family holidays. It is located only 1.7km from the Espace Diamant slopes!
It can accommodate up to 8 people and is composed of a living room with fireplace, a dining room opening onto a bay window giving access to the garden, a fully equipped kitchen, toilet and a bedroom. The first floor has three bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. Sheets and towels are extra.

The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- Lounge area with corner sofa and TV and a fireplace with insert (wood provided free of charge).
- Dining area with table for 6 people, bay window with access to the garden.
- Fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 4 people: fridge, dishwasher, hob, kettle, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine.
- Room 1 : a double bed (140 * 190cm).

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: Queen size bed 160 x 190 cm
- Bedroom 3 : double bed 140 x 190 cm
- Bedroom 4 : a sofa bed and television
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin, towel dryer and toilet.

Outside :
- This chalet is set in pretty, unfenced grounds of around 900 m², with garden furniture for enjoying sunny meals.
- There is a private courtyard in front of the chalet. It allows you to park up to 4 vehicles.

- Town centre of Praz sur Arly with its numerous shops at 1.5 km : Bars, Restaurants, Food, Sports shops / Ski rental, Tobacco / Press, , Bakeries, Medical centre, Pharmacy...

Activities :
In winter, a multitude of winter sports activities are available on the Diamant ski area with 170 km of slopes: skiing, Nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, sledging... But also many other activities, such as thematic or orientation courses and finally, discover Mont Blanc from the sky with a hot air balloon ride!

In summer, you can discover the hiking trails, take advantage of the beach at the Flumet lake for a swim, go on a trail or climbing course on the Carrière site or go fishing on the banks of the Arly. Finally, don't forget to stock up on fresh local produce directly from the producers: milk, cheese, meat etc... You can even make your own Reblochon!

Transport :
- Shuttles are available to the village and other surrounding villages
- Taxi in Flumet and Bus station in Megève.
- The best solution for a greater autonomy remains the private car (personal or rental).

- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
-Sheets and towels not provided, available at extra cost (Sheets: 20 euros / bed, Towel: 7 euros / person).
-Small dogs are accepted on request.
